Unfortunately there isn't much to like about the product because the flow, menu, and process are very difficult to navigate. The only reason I'm still using it is because this is the system enforced by our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Itilite is very hard to use. As an approver, I have to go back and forth checking with my direct report to see if her request details matches with the ones shown on my dashboard (because there's discrepancy on the prices). Sometimes, when the request is deleted / cancelled, it's not updated on the approver's side, which led to lots of communication overhead.

Through the platform of Itilite, expense reimbursement in our company is easier. Employees will send all their reimbursements in the website and this can be accessed by the approver and Finance team. I am using this application for almost 2 years, i got to know about this from my organisation,

It was a very easy drive to use this application user freindly and most importantly reliable and fast.

As off now i havent found a bug but ill will be a very good if app automatically refresh background as somtimg when i open it in 1 day or 2 days then it was on last open page and didnt refresh by ots own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Itilite platform is easy to use and gives the flexibility to book the flights of our own choice.

The Expense app is very intuitive. The customer Service experience is very good. The implementation and onboarding teams are great to work with. They are efficient and very detailed.
