Policy threshold is also sometimes exhibiting very strange behavior **What do you dislike about itilite?** Options to manage a trip and work on rescheduling is extremely painful. Also, the pricing provided is almost ALWAYS much higher than the pricing on the airline websites. Lack of options to change schedules directly with the airline (always need to go through agent) is also painfuk **What problems is itilite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating a manual process, but it is good only for a single booking where there are no changes. Any trip that needs modification is assured to go through a hellish experience ### 2. So far, I haven't used a similar product that looks as clean and easy on the eyes. **What do you dislike about itilite?** Despite the clean UI, some fields feel unnecessary and confusing, e.g., why do I have to do currency conversion myself? Booking on Itilite should be as easy or easier than booking manually, and if I have to enter a lot of details manually myself, why not just use a Forms product? The biggest downside for me is the price of the booking options. Compared to other options, the prices are significantly more expensive. **What problems is itilite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expense management, especially approvals and notifications help me the most. Coming from a completely manual process to having everything happen in one tool is life-changing. ### 3. They were very helpful and responsive. You go a customer service rep very quickly **What do you dislike about itilite?** The billing - Invoices did not match my CC statement, and I had to reach out to my account manager to get the details I saw on my CC. It was very confusing and made the process take too long The Car rental process was not great. It is like a separate entity entirely and just not efficient. We would have to contact customer service after every rental car was booked to get the accurate reservation number, as it never loaded on the itinerary. Customer Service took very long to respond, no matter what type of question you were seeking help with You can't really modify a trip after it's booked. **What problems is itilite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking travel expenses to minimize travel costs. ### 4.
