Options to manage a trip and work on rescheduling is extremely painful. Also, the pricing provided is almost ALWAYS much higher than the pricing on the airline websites. It does the job better than tedious manual processes, and the relatively modern UI is refreshing to see. So far, I haven't used a similar product that looks as clean and easy on the eyes. Booking on Itilite should be as easy or easier than booking manually, and if I have to enter a lot of details manually myself, why not just use a Forms product? The team and their willingness to help us and make the product what we needed as a company. They were very helpful and responsive. The billing - Invoices did not match my CC statement, and I had to reach out to my account manager to get the details I saw on my CC. It was very confusing and made the process take too long The Car rental process was not great. It is like a separate entity entirely and just not efficient. We would have to contact customer service after every rental car was booked to get the accurate reservation number, as it never loaded on the itinerary.
