IT WAS SOLD TO MY BY MY SUPERIORS AS ONLY TAKING 2 SECONDS TO ENTER A REPORT. I also think the platform itself has a relatively nice design and is mostly user-friendly. **What do you dislike about itilite?** Sometimes the transactions that show on Itilite do not accurately reflect what is on my bank statement. I also dislike that if you select an expense category you have to wait for the receipt upload section to reload before you can input your receipt. If you input the receipt before it reloads, you need to do it again. Also, many times the merhcant is listed as NA which makes it very hard to locate the receipt I am looking for. If the merchant were listed everytime it would be much easier. Lastly, if you update the merchant name to be accurate, the rest of the information you already inputted disappears and you have to do it all over again. **What problems is itilite solving and how is that benefiting you?** For my uses and purposes I do not have an answer to this question. I suppose it helps us to keep our expenses organized, which is great. But beyond that, I only use the platform once a month when expenses are due. ### 4. The following points are the reasons :- 1. Both the mobile application and website load very slowly. This happens at each page. 2. If you exit the app, the page you were on will disappear and you will have to search for your pending bookings which again takes a long time to load. 3. Once you understand how to create trip it feels good to use itilite. You don't need to worry about flight airport to hotel cab and hotel booking as well so it is nice that you can book everything with one platform it helps a lot to start a trip anywhere. **What do you dislike about itilite?** When I reached the hotel which I booked through itilite for one day, first of all the receptionist doesn't know what is itilite I asked him to check my booking then only he find my name in booking and again he said the room you booked has maximum staying hour is 2 only so for full night I paid him more. **What problems is itilite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Itilite has done something really good job for travel. It feels very relaxing that you not need to worry about everything itilite will find a flight then it will find hotel for your destination and then you can also book taxi from here so you will not to worry about anything on your trip everything will be booked you just need to go and everything is already sorted. ### 10.
