What do you like best about itilite?

The cost savings through 90 seconds options and less than a minute of ticketing are very good in the tool. The UI and navigation are user friendly. Integrated Approval matrix via mobile app and website is complexity reduction in travel operations. The customisation is remarkable. The integrated ticketing and expense module is fantastic for the traveller to file the expenses and seamless flow of data. Intelligent MIS throw insightful information on segment spending, Line of Business spending, airline wise spending and so on. In a nutshell, a very good tool for ease of operation and cost savings with compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Manual operations like approval forms, mail exchanges for option sharing and mail confirmations and ticket sharing are solved. Manhours saved. The approval process delay is cut down due to multiple communication to the approver. The cost is saved due to reduced time in ticketing. Paperless claim processing.
