When you're trying to replace an application/feature that comes standard with OSX you mean straddle the line between adding enough features to make it worth the upgrade without adding too much complexity.

I use Mac and iterm2 is my default tool to use . I can save multiple profiles and open multiple sessions with shortcut keys and broadcast commands to all windows. The options provided are customisable and saves you a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
