"Highly Robust Platform with Stellar Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I use Iterable for email outreach, automation, and analytics. It helps me create personalized emails more seamlessly using snippets, and segmentation is very easy and robust. I think Iterable’s customer service is great, especially the implementation team. I love the use of handlebars and snippets for easy dynamic content and personalization. The initial setup of Iterable was great, and though we had to adapt some of our existing systems, it’s been for the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

If technical errors occur, it's hard to identify the issue to resolve it. Error messaging and notifications can greatly improve Iterable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Customer Engagement with Powerful Personalization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

Iterable makes customer engagement simple and powerful. I love how easy it is to create personalized journeys across email, SMS, and mobile, and the platform’s intuitive design means we can launch campaigns quickly without sacrificing sophistication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

While I appreciate how many channels and automation possibilities Iterable offers, the reporting interface could be more intuitive and robust: we found ourselves exporting data just to get the dashboards we needed. Also, for new users, there is a bit of a steep learning curve before you can confidently build complex journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Iterable is easy to use and comes with great customer service. It really helps me, especially since I'm a CRM team of one, to automate and personalize emails across our entire organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I think a lot of the platform is very technical and as a new user it can be challenging to understand all the different moving pieces. I think onboarding for new users on existing accounts could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Platform for Email Campaigns and Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

Iterable features an intuitive user interface, a convenient drag-and-drop email template editor and email journey builder. It also offers robust audience segmentation and a variety of reporting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

The options for sorting and searching campaigns could use some improvement, particularly once you have created hundreds of them. It would also be helpful to have the ability for users to generate events directly from the frontend. Usage limits on profiles, sends, and events require careful planning as you scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tool with Journey Excellence, Needs Better Admin Transparency & Basic Admin Functionality"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I think the best thing about Iterable is its Journey functionality and the user-friendly nature of the builder. The Journeys are incredibly flexible, and it's easy to troubleshoot issues later or see where patients went. The flow chart structure is intuitive, even for folks not in Iterable daily. Also, being able to pull segmentation lists and feed patients into intelligent Journeys helps walk them through engagement steps, lifting the load for our support team. We also leverage SMS and Push, which makes it even easier to engage the audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I would like to see an easier way to pull someone out of a Journey, as managing this is not as intuitive as it could be. It would be helpful if I could easily remove or drop someone into a Journey much like handling user details or lists. Updating field values directly on a User Detail page would save so much time for certain scenarios instead of using the API portal or creating a webhook. The reporting functionality could be improved by drilling down into specific user actions, like seeing which 5 people clicked in a campaign, directly from the report. Finally, there are some 'black box' elements in Iterable's design decisions that could be more transparent for admins, and the Knowledge Base does not adequately address common points of confusion, having too many 'happy path' articles rather than clarifying articles for when something does not work entirely smoothly the first time.
