What do you like best about Iterable?

I love the combination of overall intuitiveness/ease of use with powerful features such as the workflow feature. I also particularly love how the ElasticSearch database and their APIs give us the flexibility to represent our complex data easily, and surface that data easily to marketers using the software. What do you dislike about Iterable?

We had a couple issues early on with stability, with emails failing to be sent, though that's not been an issue recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been able to empower very complex email targeting/user segmentation while keeping the software accessible to entry-level marketers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
