ITC Learning is an online industrial skills training platform for employers that need to onboard, assess, and upskill maintenance and technical teams. The platform combines a hosted learning portal with a library of more than 175 technical courses and more than 450 modules covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, foundational skills, and emerging technologies, including AI-readiness training for skilled-trades technicians. Many courses are also available in Spanish. Organizations use ITC Learning to assign self-paced courses, measure comprehension, and track completion. Courses typically take 35 to 45 minutes and can be paused and resumed. Each course includes an assessment of about 20 questions that highlights strengths and gaps so managers can assign follow-up training. Administrators can review progress, assessment results, and compliance data by individual, team, or department, and learners receive a completion certificate for each course. Courses are SCORM-compliant and can run in ITC Learning's hosted portal or in an organization's existing learning management system. Training is available on any device, with access at any time for shift schedules and remote teams. ITC Learning serves manufacturers, utilities, energy providers, government agencies, and industrial service companies, along with community colleges, trade schools, apprenticeship sponsors, and workforce-development organizations across North America. For more than 50 years, more than 6,000 process and manufacturing organizations and more than 1,000,000 learners have used ITC Learning for practical training built for manufacturing and process operations.
