Our business is growing at a slow pace, and we have been using it for quite some time; as of this moment, it has worked smoothly. **What do you dislike about IT Vision's Human Resource Management System and Payroll?** There are a couple of things we are having issues with, starting with the name; it is simply a mouthful. It sometimes could get a little bit clunky and slow. Hopefully, these things will get fixed in the future. **What problems is IT Vision's Human Resource Management System and Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are not that many problems this software has helped. I am still looking for that one feature that hooks me to this product.
