The most helpful thing about Goat is its automated security scanning and alerting capabilities. I like the friendly customer service and the speed with which they handle requests. While dealing with solving more complex problems, they will check in with updates on the issue periodically. If I had one complaint with IT Goat, it would be that they are not always consistent in keeping records on what we want when onboarding new employees. I feel like I have to call with the same requests for each new employee to get everything they need, even after asking IT Goat to add it to the onboarding form.
