What do you like best about IT Glue?

I like IT Glue for its user-friendly nature compared to our previous tool, LastPass. I appreciate the matrix feature that highlights documentation gaps in an easily digestible form, which helps gamify filling in key details. Additionally, the initial setup of IT Glue was very easy. What do you dislike about IT Glue?

It's quite free with how it allows users to enter data, leading to formatting inconsistencies. It's especially prevalent in word documentation, where to put it, and the formatting isn't great for editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT Glue?

The search function is terrible. I’ll search “Network Infor” and it’ll show me a bunch of my documents that start with “Network Information”, but if I search “Network Inform”, it shows me completely unrelated documents. Please make it easier to search orgranization-specifc or the entire database Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IT Glue?

I like IT Glue for its ease of use and customization. It helps new employees to jump right in and begin using it without much training. I also appreciate that it condenses all the information in one location, allowing the team to share knowledge easily. The initial setup was very easy, which was great for us.
