So it is a little difficult to manage properly. It is a nice tool to have all the info in your pocket when not in the office. IT Glue also integrate with many 3rd party products which enhances that single pane of glass viewing even further. Searching capabilities make it easy to find what you are looking for. **What do you dislike about IT Glue?** I would say the one dislike is the ability to upload existing documentation from other sources. You need to convert them to a word doc or something that is supported however it would be nice to be able to add other documents to that area and utilize installed apps on the endpoint to simply open them **What problems is IT Glue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlines our processes and eliminates multiple sources that need to be reviewed to obtain information. The documentation is easily available to print if needed, give the ease of catorgizing things that will make it easier to find later on. I also like the fact that it offers the intgerations with other programs that we use for MSP. **What do you dislike about IT Glue?** I wish there was a way to allow active intergating to be real time. For example, if we att a remote system to a device and then eventually we get get rid of that device, I wish IT Glue could somehow make that config automatically inactive. But maybe that is just future thinking and asking too much! Really have nothing present bad to say about the system. **What problems is IT Glue solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the fact that everything is in one place for every client. ### 45. I like using it everyday for my current needs and the needs of all my clients and employees that I help. **What problems is IT Glue solving and how is that benefiting you?** by keeping passwords and needed information in one place, IT Glue is the program of choice. It's easy to search and hop between different companies that have passwords saved. I also LOVE that you can go back for as many iterations as you want for password histories. **What do you dislike about IT Glue?** Searching inside the folders when you are in documents doesn't work. It's an odd bug because, in the passwords field, it works as I would expect. I also don't love their support. So far, they haven't been super helpful and somewhat cocky, thinking they own the best thing on the market. **What problems is IT Glue solving and how is that benefiting you?** IT Glue is helping us solve our misplacement of passwords and organization. It also helps protect us against human error with the password version history. It's tidy and saves us a lot of time searching for items, documents, and network information. ### 50.
