I really like that I can create documents using markdown and how well ITGlue will display it. Obviously it's a typing standard but some sites have issues fully supporting it, whereas ITG is flawless. The idea behind connected documents is fantastic and means engineers when reading information have a logical journey to get what they're looking for, and I think it's integration to Autotask is fabulous. I don't think there are many competitors that have everything ITG does to be honest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The searching feature is not logical, sometimes you'll look for an organisation beginning with a letter or combination of letters, and it won't bring the correct search result up. It's hit and miss, it's odd, doesn't make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IT Glue has a fantastic capability of linking all info, to get the best experience in finding what I need to know.
I can start searching from a location, from a configuration info and I can get all whats related.
For me and my colleagues it's the starting page at the beginnning of every day.
It took a very few to understand all its capabilities and I immediately discovered how easy it is to feed with all customers information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability we have to control access to certain information. We can integrate a lot of the products that we use in the MSP space bring all the information into a single place, and store them in a well-organized manner for easy access.
As announced in the "IT Glue Q3 Product Innovation Update" they have made a lot of changes and implemented a lot of cool and useful features into ITGlue. I'm glad to see that they listen to their audience and their needs and address the pressure points. That's what we expect from a service provider like ITGlue.
Secure password sharing might look like a tiny feature, but plays a crucial role in modern-day security. Integrating the power of AI into the platform to make documentation a hassle-free task.
Integration of Datto SaaS and BCDR health status, reports into ITGlue and mapping them with the relevant assets is a time saver.
As a frequent user of ITGlue, these improvements help us as an MSP to provide a better and faster service to our clients. We don't have to waste time jumping between multiple tabs, and platforms to collect the information. For any MSP this is a key part of providing better customer service. I didn't see much of a use when they first implemented Datto SaaS integration, so I felt like it needed improving. But after the "IT Glue Q3 Product Innovation Update," I can see that they have listened to the feedback and improved it further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The inclusion of a solid credentials management platform alongside a comprehensive documentation platform (that includes well developed templates) - makes this a solid solution, especially for busy MSPs.
I also like the integrations, as these allow for much needed efficiency where operations are concerned. The integration with Rewst is a favorite, as it facilitates automation of user creation in both AD and Azure with uniformity - very helpful for an MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In a few cases I've found the template formats to be a bit rigid where the included / pre-titled fields are concerned. This is a trivial issue that doesn't really effect ease of use most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to document all of the information about our clients that the techs need to troubleshoot most problems. But not only the network documentation but also important accounts with passwords and OTCs. Then having IT Glue integrate with other tools eases this even more beneficial as our techs use IT Glue constantly throughout the workday. Just a little quirk, sometime when using the search function, it will change to look at a specific option/topic rather than a general search or an organization search. It's probably something I'm doing, but I haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IT Glue provides a consistent format for documentation of everything IT, and it is very easy to use. The control panel is very intuitive, with needed information within a click or two. And the global search function is invaluable in saving time and finding the right information quickly. With the available integrations, IT Glue is vital to our MSP operations. The best thing about ITGlue is its ability to centralize and organize all IT documentation in a single, easily accessible platform. The seamless integration with other tools and the powerful search functionality make it incredibly efficient to find the information you need quickly. One aspect I find challenging with ITGlue is the initial learning curve. It can take some time to get accustomed to the platform's features and best practices for organizing documentation effectively. ITGlue lets us save a great amount of time and be much more efficient thanks to:
- an intuitive interface
- a simple but functional documentation process
- a great integration with the other tools we use (Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, Microsoft 365...)robust organizational features make finding and updating information effortless.
The password management feature is the real plus.
It really improved our work, making it also more secure.

One area for improvement is the mobile app. It can be a bit slow and lacks some of the functionality available on the desktop version.
Another thing I would like to have is the possibility to directly enter valuted passwords in Datto RMM web remote sessions.

Easy to setup, easy to grow with and structure where documentation should be, and integrations with external application that helps keep the data in one central location.
