We always strive to achieve three things: remarkable ROI, remarkable excellence, and remarkable client experiences. Through all that we do, we’re constantly aiming to grow and always improving processes. That means, we are constantly learning, no matter how long we’ve been working in our field or at IT GEEK. And one way that we ensure this is through Intentional Learning. Therefore, each team member is required to complete one hour of (paid) Intentional Learning per week. Because more than just reading industry-related blogs and articles, Intentional Learning must somehow improve skill and later be applied to one’s work. IT GEEK has an abundance of online resources available to team members, so there is never a shortage of learning material to choose from. Finally, When it comes to always improving processes, we are continuously asking ourselves, what can we do better? How can we make this process more efficient? In short, we rebel against the process while simultaneously following it, making sure it’s documented and communicated properly. We are extremely intentional with how we spend our time. Because at the end of the day, our investors’ success is our primary concern. We do not exist to create websites and marketing strategies. But we exist to help positive-impacting companies reach their growth and profit potential. We only work with companies that have a positive impact on society and are somehow making the world a better place, because we believe in the work we do. Thus, we work with companies that elevate the quality of life; provide lifelines and create jobs, and have intention and focus.
