IssueCapture is a JavaScript widget that embeds on any website to collect bug reports directly into Jira Software and Jira Service Management. Users click a button, describe the issue, annotate a screenshot, and a detailed Jira ticket is created automatically with console errors, network failures, and browser metadata captured from page load. Optional AI features handle triage, categorization, duplicate detection, sentiment analysis, and effort estimation. The widget runs in Shadow DOM for zero CSS conflicts with the host page. Core bundle is 40KB gzipped with screenshot and annotation lazy-loaded on demand. Built as a modern replacement for Atlassian's Issue Collector, which hasn't been updated since 2014 and doesn't support team-managed projects.
