"Affordable, User-Friendly Powerhouse for eLearning Creation"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring Suite is an affordable, user-friendly, and versatile powerhouse for eLearning creation. The team clearly takes insight from user feedback and keeps updating and evolving the software to meet—and often exceed—expectations. iSpring deploys conveniently within a familiar platform (PowerPoint), which makes implementation straightforward. It also generates SCORM-compliant content that integrates smoothly into a Learning Management System. We use iSpring to support Onboarding and continuous learning. Having built-in AI features significantly reduces content creation time allowing for enhanced performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

There are some minor cosmetic issues that could be improved that would further enhance usability. One issue is supporting multilingual course creation so that learners can choose their preferred language within a course. There is a workaround within PowerPoint using hyperlinks, but it would be better if it was integrated within iSpring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s great to know that the combination of ease of use, PowerPoint-based workflow, SCORM compatibility, and AI features is helping you save time and scale your training programs.

We also appreciate your feedback. It’s helpful to hear about the small usability improvements you’d like to see, and your note on multilingual course creation is especially valuable.

"Just use Claude to make a scorm from your powerpoints. "
2/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring has added a bunch of new ai functions that really don't add value. The reality is, AI can now do what iSpring does at a very basic level - and faster. If you just need your powerpoint to be in SCORM format, just upload your powerpoint to Claude and tell it to format it as a SCORM. Tell it the player customizations and completion data you need. If you need a complex SCORM module, use a more sophisticated tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

When reporting bugs to customer support, it often feels as though they blame users for their issues. I discontinued my use of other iSpring products (Market) due to the insulting support I received. This will be the last year we use iSpring to create e-learning modules. Their customer service has always been somewhat rude when you have an issue. So, we're glad we finally don't need to rely on their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring is an amazing platform that allows you to create training that is specific to your business. Everyone now gets the same consistent and precise message. The amount of features available to really make training unique and individualized training is fantastic. The Customer Support services are excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

There is nothing that I dislike. I would like to see options of more children to use as characters. Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers would be extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hi Kelly,

"A Seamless, All-in-One Solution for Effortless Course Creation"
4/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

What I like best about iSpring Suite is how it streamlines the entire course-creation process into one unified, easy-to-use environment.

As a Moodle administrator and educator, I really value that I no longer need multiple plugins or external editing tools. iSpring builds perfectly on top of PowerPoint that is something I already use heavily—so creating interactive, polished learning content becomes effortless. Being able to design everything in one place and then upload it directly to the LMS has made my workflow faster, smoother, and far more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

While the tool is powerful and convenient, the only drawback I’ve noticed is that because it offers so many features in one place, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning to fully explore and understand everything it can do. It’s not a major issue, but it does take some time to become familiar with all the options. Other than that, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great authoring alternative to save time, especially for novice staff and small teams!"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

It’s very easy to use and has saved me days of work. It also includes great features, like text-to-speech with realistic voices, plus a repository with hundreds of characters, backgrounds, and images. I also really like the new AI image generator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Some settings and features end up affecting our LMS: courses can get “stuck” on slides, especially on mobile devices or smaller laptop screens. The biggest hassle is that I can’t save to the cloud; everything has to be saved to personal folders on my laptop, otherwise the files can get corrupted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hi Teresa!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review.

It’s great to hear that iSpring Suite is saving you so much time and making course creation easier. We’re also glad you’re enjoying features like text-to-speech, the asset library, and the new AI image generator. They’re all designed to help you build engaging content without extra steps.

We also hear your concerns about slides getting “stuck,” especially on mobile or smaller screens. That can really impact the learning experience, and we’re taking it seriously. If you’re open to it, we’d love to learn a bit more: when does it usually happen (navigation, switching slides, specific interactions)? Does it occur in a specific LMS or across different LMS platforms? And is it more common on certain devices or browsers?

Your point about not being able to save directly to the cloud is also very helpful feedback. Thank you for sharing that.

It’s also nice to hear that the new quiz options and branching features are giving you more flexibility in how you design learning paths. That kind of control can make a real difference in keeping learners engaged.

Thanks again for your honest feedback. It really helps us see how iSpring Suite is used in everyday work and where we can make it even better.

"Flexible, Interactive Training Builder with Easy SCORM Publishing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

The flexibility to create use case specific trainings that are audible and interactive. Also, being able to publish them as SCORM files to upload to an existing LMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I would like to be able to create games that are styled after board games or game shows. Crossword puzzles, logic games, or something like that. The quizzes are great, but if there were more game elements, that may help with generating interaction with a wider range of training styles and may assist in raising completion rates. "Everything you need for e-learning under one roof"
4.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

What I love most about iSpring Suite is that it lives right inside PowerPoint. I didn't have to spend weeks watching tutorials to learn a brand-new interface. Since I already knew how to build slides, I was able to start creating interactive courses on day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

What I dislike is the lack of deep conditional logic. If you’re used to Articulate Storyline, you’ll find iSpring’s ‘triggers’ and ‘variables’ to be very limited. You can’t build highly complex, bespoke interactions where the course ‘remembers’ exactly what a student did ten slides ago in a nuanced way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hi Anna Beatriz,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!

It’s great to hear that working directly inside PowerPoint helped you get started quickly and turn your existing slides into interactive courses without a steep learning curve.

We also appreciate your thoughtful comparison regarding conditional logic and advanced interactivity. This is valuable input from experienced course designers like you.

Thanks again for sharing your experience. Feedback like this helps us better understand how iSpring Suite fits into different authoring workflows.

"iSpring Suite AI: Quick, High-Quality Course Creation with Powerful Interactions"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring Suite AI is a great tool for a quick yet high-quality course creation process. As an instructional designer, I find it especially helpful because of the variety of interaction features. I also really like the Manage Narration feature: it’s very user-friendly, generates text-to-speech in seconds, and offers high-quality voices.

Another strong feature, in my opinion, is the role-play interaction. You get an excellent branching board to work with and can create engaging role-plays in no time. I also appreciate and use iSpring Screen Cast quite a lot - I can easily record myself, share my screen, and even automatically add info pop-ups for each click I made during my screencast. Depending on what I need, I can then quickly turn this into a final video, or into a video learning course within the iSpring Slide-Based Course feature, simply by switching the player to a video-lecture-based format, for example.

I also appreciate the accessibility feature, which makes it very easy to generate accessible course content quickly. With just one click, it helps create high-quality accessibility support, which is extremely valuable when designing learning experiences that need to be clear, inclusive, and easy to navigate for different learners.

Another feature I really enjoy is the iSpring Book (flip book) option. It’s a great way to create engaging resources for learning experiences, and I love the page-flip animation. Overall, iSpring Suite AI is a great tool for building courses in this fast-paced world, with impressive features that help us IDs create strong courses in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

There is very little I dislike about iSpring Suite AI. The role-play interaction feature is already amazing - yet, if I could enhance it even more, I would love to see AI-generated talking characters added to the experience. I think this would take role-plays to another level and make them even more immersive for learners.

Another small point is related to adding alt text for images inside interactions. It took me a little while to find where to add it, since it is located in different places compared to classical slides. However, once I found the right settings, everything worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hi Diana,

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback about iSpring Suite AI.

We’re happy to hear that it helps you create high-quality, engaging courses faster, and the features like role-plays, AI text-to-speech, screen recorder, accessibility tools, and interactive content help you move from an idea to a polished learning experience more efficiently.

We especially appreciate hearing how iSpring Suite AI helps you save time while still creating professional and engaging learning materials for your clients.

Thank you also for your suggestions about AI-generated characters and alt text for interactions. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’ll share it with our Product team.

Thank you again for choosing iSpring and for sharing your experience with the learning community!

"Engaging Training Creation and Quizzes, but Sharing Is Limited for Non-License Users"
3.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I like that we can utilize this software to create lessons and interactions, as well as the fact that we can create scenarios to be more engaging. We use this software to create online trainings for the employees at Penn State, so it's nice when uploading the presentation with the software that we can have it all in one place. The quiz function is also super useful and I like that we can fine tune the settings so that some things can be seen or not seen such as the results page or the progress depending on how the quizzes are utilized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I am the only one in the department that has the key to the license for iSpring Suite, which can be a problem because some of the projects that I am working on needs approval from management or demonstrated to before going further. The only solution that I have been doing is screen-recording the presentation and interactions to send it, but it would be easier if non software carriers have a version of the presentation shared to view all the interactions. That would be harder for us though because the license key that we own only supports an older version so we would be unable to receive any new updates that could see that change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.

We're glad to know that scenarios, quizzes, and the ability to customize quiz settings support the way you build your courses, while keeping everything in one place.

Thank you as well for sharing the challenge you face when projects need to be reviewed before they're finalized. I can understand how relying on screen recordings makes the approval process more difficult.

If you have access to iSpring Cloud, you can upload your course and share it with colleagues for review. They’ll be able to view all the interactions in their browser and leave comments directly on individual slides, making feedback much easier to collect.

If you'd like to learn more about this workflow, please feel free to contact our Technical Support team at support@ispring.com. We'd be happy to help.

We're also pleased to hear that iSpring Suite helps you create interactive training that keeps learners engaged and makes course development easier.

Thank you again for sharing your experience. Feedback like yours helps us better understand how people use iSpring Suite in their day-to-day work and where we can continue improving it.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I like iSpring Suite because I can start with PowerPoint and then add quizzes and interaction elements without making the process too complicated. The straightforward and familiar feel, similar to PowerPoint, made it easy for me to learn and use. It saves me a lot of time when preparing learning materials. I love the interactive features, especially for creating quizzes and screen recordings, which make the training material more engaging and professional. Overall, it makes the process much smoother and less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Some advanced features take a bit of time to get used to, especially for new users like me. I think that having more ready-made templates and customization options would make the process even faster. Also, the initial setup was not easy for me and it was very hard because I didn't have much knowledge of iSpring Suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hello Nur Afifah,

Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts!

It’s great to hear that working from PowerPoint makes it easy for you to create training materials and add quizzes, interactions, and screen recordings. We’re glad it helps you save time and makes the process feel smoother and less stressful.

We also understand your point about the learning curve for some of the advanced features. Your suggestion about having more ready-made templates and more customization options is very helpful, and we’ve noted it.

Thanks again for sharing your experience. It really helps us understand how iSpring Suite is used in everyday course creation.
