"Effortless to Use, Powerful PowerPoint Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I appreciate how iSpring Suite seamlessly integrates with PowerPoint, which is a huge plus for us. It's also very easy to set up, as simple as a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I would say, if they could develop the advanced portion more, kind of like Articulate. Where you could create more interactive content and have more moving objects. More layers and easier to manage layer with timeline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Daria Sagde of iSpring Suite

Arif, thank you for highlighting the aspects of the platform that we ourselves love, and what stands out for our customers who trust us. Our brand promise to the market is an orientation toward measured business results, paired with a human-centric approach at every level and at every customer touchpoint.

Not only do we have reach in interactivity with the iSpring AI authoring tool, but we also offer our native platform, iSpring LMS. In a package, they guarantee seamless integration - not only with PowerPoint, but that all our tools stay perfectly integrated overall. Customers who use both report that they never feel like they’re switching between different systems. The published courses load quickly, run smoothly, and maintain crisp formatting.

Moreover, for our LMS users we grant an authoring tool license as a gift for the entire subscription period. This is alongside a dedicated personal manager, extensive support, and hands-on technical guidance for customers who switch to iSpring LMS from other platforms. The Customer Success Manager will ensure you not only “buy a car,” but also roll out a fully packed, clean solution that shines with the first results within a period of weeks.

"Seamless PowerPoint Integration, Easy e-Learning Creation"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I appreciate that iSpring Suite integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, which everyone in our business is familiar with. This makes it easy to use, as we can create courses with PowerPoint and then enhance them with iSpring's interactive features. The SCORM capability is very useful for publishing in our LMS. I also find the quizzes to be very interactive compared to simple LMS questions. Creating quizzes with iSpring is easy, and that's a big plus for me. The initial setup was very easy, especially since we already had PowerPoint, and the customer support was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

The Voice Over/Text to speech feature in iSpring Suite could be improved with more natural voices. It would be ideal if, when using text to speech, the text was shown at the time of speech. This improvement could support diversity by benefiting people who can't hear and those who prefer reading subtitles while listening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I love that I can easily publish using the SCORM format and upload to our LMS. It creates professional and effective training materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hi!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! It’s great to hear that working directly in PowerPoint makes it easy to turn your presentations into e-learning without having to change your workflow.

We also hear you on features being a bit hard to find. That can definitely slow things down when you’re working on course development, and we’re continuously looking for ways to make the interface more intuitive.

If you don’t mind sharing, which specific features were difficult to find? Your input would really help us understand where we can improve the experience.

It’s also nice to know our support team was helpful when you needed assistance.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. It really helps us see how our customers are using iSpring Suite in practice.

"Easy SCORM Creation with Familiar Tools"
3.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I appreciate that iSpring Suite allows me to work within PowerPoint, ensuring that I am using a familiar interface. PowerPoint is a universal application that most people are comfortable with, and integrating iSpring Suite into it simplifies the process of creating SCORM packages. This ease of integration is especially beneficial for uploading materials to LMS platforms, making the creation and distribution of e-learning content seamless. Additionally, the initial setup of iSpring Suite is really easy, which means I can get started with my projects without any hassle or technical difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I sometimes encounter problems with using sounds and narrations in iSpring Suite, as they can play simultaneously, which disrupts the flow of presentations. Additionally, I find it inconvenient that the software doesn't allow for easily making daily saves. It would be beneficial if iSpring Suite operated in its own file format that stores everything internally, as opposed to the current method where files are saved in a separate folder. "Intuitive Course Creation Made Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

This software is very intuitive, and did not take long for me to be comfortable with creating new courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

sometimes it can take a while for courses to publish/render. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hi!

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

Great to hear that iSpring Suite felt intuitive and that you were able to start building courses quickly. That early ease of use really helps when you’re working on training content regularly.

We also appreciate your honest note about publishing time. We know rendering can sometimes take a bit longer with larger or more complex courses, and we understand how that can impact your workflow. We’re continuing to improve performance, and feedback like yours really helps us focus our efforts.

It’s especially nice to hear that iSpring Suite is helping you deliver asynchronous training. Making learning accessible for employees who can’t attend live sessions is exactly the kind of use case we’re happy to support.

Thank you for your time and trust. It’s really helpful for us to see how iSpring Suite is being used in real work.

"Simple, Easy-to-Use Templates and Functions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

The templates and functions are simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Sometimes I run into problems with narrations that will need to be corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring Suite

Hi Robert!

Thank you for sharing your experience with iSpring Suite.

It’s great to hear that the templates and tools feel easy to work with. We put a lot of focus on keeping course creation straightforward, so you can spend more time on the content itself rather than the setup.

We also appreciate your note about narration issues. If you’re open to it, it would be helpful to know a bit more about when this usually happens (for example, during recording, syncing, or after publishing). That kind of detail really helps us pinpoint what needs attention and improve the experience.

Thanks again for using iSpring Suite for your LMS courses. We’re glad to be part of your training work, and we’re always here if you need support along the way.

"Excellent tool"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

It is embedded in Powerpoint. So you can take advantage of the strong points of Powerpoint and the strong points of I-spring. From all other authoring tools I have used, it provides the best value for money and ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I don't think there a lot of things not working well. I would suggest maybe to include more templates in the offering. Also on of the few things that do not work 100% properly is that: 1. When you insert narration, sometimes the first 0,5 secs are delayed, 2. When you Manage narration the zoom bar does not appear right from the beginning. You have to the powerpoint first and then reaccess the narration menu Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient e-Learning Creation, Needs Mac Compatibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I love the complete integration with PowerPoint, which greatly enhances the efficiency and speed at which I can create e-learning content. Being able to use Microsoft PowerPoint as a base for all my existing content allows me to seamlessly transition and incorporate materials into new projects. This integration is particularly valuable as it eliminates the need to start from scratch, streamlining the content creation process. Additionally, I find the initial setup of iSpring Suite to be very easy, which facilitates a quick start and smooth adoption for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I am unhappy that iSpring Suite does not have a full version compatible with MacBooks used in our organization. This limitation is inconvenient as it restricts our ability to utilize the software across all devices and teams effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
