It is very easy to generate SCORM and upload the file into our LMS. The implementation was fast and easy, we did it on our own, without any support from the iSpring Support Team! And by the way, the Customer Support offers great and free webinars on a regular basis, and it is always well organized, we can improve the way we work and share new ideas. The numbers of characters, backgrounds, objects, and icons help us to create dynamic content that makes the learner more focus to follow their courses because it is not boring! We use iSpring Suite as the authoring tool, I personally use it almost daily since the last 4 years. It is very stable and iSpring also offer regular updates with new functionalities. Translation for text is readily available but isnt in the simplest to use form. However, probably an overlooked feature is the very well-designed certification course that equips new users with fundamental training! They constantly update, fix issues, enhance the software, and ask for feedback. Developing internal technical training courses is a cost-saving approach, and iSpring Suite allows us to utilize that. Additionally, being a global company, many employees speak different languages and are in other countries. Learning courses must be provided to employees in their target language to be effective. iSpring Suite offers a text-to-speech option that fulfills the need for giving lessons in multiple languages and supports. The user experience is good for a user at my intermediate level. The online guides would be good for an entry level user and I can other functionality that we would like to use in the future. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** When creating a module, the files (specifically the quiz files) that exist before converting into SCORM can sometimes be hard to locate as I want to store all the files in the one folder. You'll need the original quiz file if you want to edit it after sonverting it to SCORM. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving me the ability to create SCORM files from existing Presentations that fit within out LMS. It's also very slow and often messes up the formatting of the slides we have created post conversion. When a project is saved or published, files can't be moved from their original location or else the project will be corrupted. I also love how anything developed with one of iSpring's tools (Quiz Maker, Scenario Builder, etc) are automatically responsive on all screen sizes, customizable, and easy to build. However, any "slided" created just in PowerPoint, and not through one of iSpring's tools, will not be responsive like the other activities. This can create an inconsistent experience across screen sizes. They recently released some mobile formats to use in PowerPoint, so you could creat two versions, but that is time-consuming. Seven years later, we still use iSpring on a regular basis. We like how iSpring is easy to use, has great tutorials, and has multiple publishing options. The content is professional-looking, and staff appreciates having interactive learning courses. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** If there was one thing I could change about iSpring, it would be reporting of survey and quiz data. We use a 3rd party LMS, and I cannot run a report to see test scores or survey responses. I wish I could run a "course report" or something to see this information. We had another authoring tool that was hard to maneuver and was constantly crashing. iSpring is entirely the opposite. I have created some engaging content with this tool. Tech Support is always on call to assist when I have an issue. I love that. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** The only issue is not really on with iSpring. But iSpring is constantly updating its system and features which is fantastic. Unfortunately, I have to contact my IT support to assist with those updates which can be a little tiresome. My team had a very lean budget to find and purchase. I utilized the trials with some of the other Authoring Tools and I found them overwhelming. The ability to easily create course materials, capture results, and locate deficiencies in training are just a few of the reasons I will use this product as long as I can. Barring unemployment, I will be an iSpring user and supporter for life. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** The only issue I have with iSpring is that I have to download/install updates. Now this isn't a fault of iSpring as they are constantly updating and improving their product. My problem actually lies in the fact that I have to reach out to my company's IT department and get them to perform the install. A Whole New Way to Create Content **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Greg S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023 **What do you like best about iSpring Suite?** I like that iSpring gives me many tools to allow me to think outside the box when creating content for my presentations and training courses. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** This may be our own internal security systems, but there are times when I've created a deck using Spring and then saved it to our network drive. When I go back to it later, the "text to voice" feature did not save. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much of the training we need to do involves a lot of content. The interactions feature and the text-to-voice feature allows me to deliver this content in a more condense way. ### 50. As a result, creating my elearning module was very intuitive and user-friendly. They also have lots of templates and tools that you can pull from their extensive content library to supplement the modules you create. Also, the content (provided you formatted things well) can look incredibly well-polished and professional. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** No downsides about the software itself. Despite the software being intuitive, there were some things I wanted to do that I didn't know how to accomplish at first, and just had to play with the software until I finally figured it out. I would love to see designated tutorial videos on youtube that show you all the software's main functions and give you a demonstration of how to create your courses. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to create a soft skills training module for the tellers at a local credit union and provide them with greater access and flexibility in regard to their training. **Official Response from Kseniya Bright:** > Hi Kevin, Thank you so much for reviewing iSpring!
