## iSpring Suite Reviews
 ### 1. A Seamless, All-in-One Solution for Effortless Course Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

What I like best about iSpring Suite is how it streamlines the entire course-creation process into one unified, easy-to-use environment.
As a Moodle administrator and educator, I really value that I no longer need multiple plugins or external editing tools. iSpring builds perfectly on top of PowerPoint that is something I already use heavily—so creating interactive, polished learning content becomes effortless. Being able to design everything in one place and then upload it directly to the LMS has made my workflow faster, smoother, and far more efficient.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While the tool is powerful and convenient, the only drawback I’ve noticed is that because it offers so many features in one place, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning to fully explore and understand everything it can do. It’s not a major issue, but it does take some time to become familiar with all the options. Other than that, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite solves the problem of fragmented and time-consuming course creation.
Previously, I had to rely on multiple Moodle plugins and external editors like the Book plugin and H5P, which made the workflow inconsistent and inefficient. iSpring Suite brings everything into one streamlined, intuitive environment built directly on top of PowerPoint.

The benefit is a much faster, smoother content-development process.
I can design, enhance, and package entire courses in one place without extra tools or compatibility issues. This saves time, reduces hassle, and allows me to work more creatively and productively.

 ### 2. A great authoring alternative to save time, especially for novice staff and small teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teresa B. | Learning and Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It’s very easy to use and has saved me days of work. It also includes great features, like text-to-speech with realistic voices, plus a repository with hundreds of characters, backgrounds, and images. I also really like the new AI image generator.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Some settings and features end up affecting our LMS: courses can get “stuck” on slides, especially on mobile devices or smaller laptop screens. The biggest hassle is that I can’t save to the cloud; everything has to be saved to personal folders on my laptop, otherwise the files can get corrupted.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are new options for completion, either by slides viewed or by quiz score. Quiz feedback is improved, and branching can now be set by question or even at the answer level. Overall, this gives me more robust choices for design and interactivity, and it helps boost learner engagement.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Teresa!
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review.

It’s great to hear that iSpring Suite is saving you so much time and making course creation easier. We’re also glad you’re enjoying features like text-to-speech, the asset library, and the new AI image generator. They’re all designed to help you build engaging content without extra steps.

We also hear your concerns about slides getting “stuck,” especially on mobile or smaller screens. That can really impact the learning experience, and we’re taking it seriously. If you’re open to it, we’d love to learn a bit more: when does it usually happen (navigation, switching slides, specific interactions)? Does it occur in a specific LMS or across different LMS platforms? And is it more common on certain devices or browsers?

Your point about not being able to save directly to the cloud is also very helpful feedback. Thank you for sharing that.

It’s also nice to hear that the new quiz options and branching features are giving you more flexibility in how you design learning paths. That kind of control can make a real difference in keeping learners engaged.

Thanks again for your honest feedback. It really helps us see how iSpring Suite is used in everyday work and where we can make it even better.

 ### 3. Versatile Quizmaker with Lightning-Fast Support and Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramesh p. | Authorized Training Partner of Project Management Institute, USA., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I especially like the Quizzmaker software. It supports all templates - multiple choice, multiple response, hot spot, match the following , situational role plays. No other software that I have researched offers this versatile capability. I can easily share them through my website or LMS. MY student performance is recorded and reported to the trainee and to the trainer and the trainer reviews students performance person to person. I am able to offer an experience no other training organization can offer because of this reporting capability. It has timers and I use it as exam simulators. Incredible. It has very interesting and varied set of designs for slides, that I can choose from. I was stunned at the speed at which support requests were answered - at times within an hour. Designing course is very easy because it uses the existing power point intereface. I have decided to renew my annual subscription without any hesitation. The Ispring product and its delivery team is fast, efficient and exhaustive in its features. I use it amost after every class to send quiizes to studets on topics covered. It integrates very well with the existing powerpoint. This review is from P.B.Ramesh, BecomePM, Authorized Trainer Partner, Project Management Institute, USA. My linked in profile: www.linkedin.com/in/rameshpb

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

It will be good if I can share the quiz through Onedrive.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technically, it has no problems, its a perfect software. But the features are so innumerable that occasionally I need to ask them how to use them. For instance how to add logo to the screens. Reponses happen at lightning speed. It has a local support center in India because of which potentiaa for delays because of different time zones is avoided.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi P.B. Ramesh,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your experience with iSpring Suite.

We’re thrilled to hear that QuizMaker has become such a valuable tool for you, allowing you to create versatile quizzes with multiple formats, track student performance, and provide personalized feedback. It’s especially rewarding to know that our reporting capabilities help you deliver a unique learning experience that no other training organization can offer.

We really appreciate your suggestion about OneDrive. Our development team is actively looking into this feature. To help us address it faster, could you please share more details about the scenarios in which you need to use OneDrive? Your input will help us prioritize and implement the most useful solution.

Your trust means a lot to us, and we’re always happy to support you in delivering exceptional learning experiences.

 ### 4. Great for SCORM Creation, Limited by Integration Issues

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edd H. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I like how the course player allows the presenter view alongside the traditional PowerPoint slides. I haven't found an alternative that presents the video in the same way.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I'm frustrated by the bugs and challenges I'm facing with iSpring Suite. Currently, I have an issue where my files or courses are breaking. It's annoying that I can't use it with OneDrive, which is unusual since OneDrive is part of Microsoft Office, and this is a PowerPoint add-on. This has resulted in me not being able to access hundreds of gigabytes of my existing courses. This happened straight after they updated the software, I strongly suspect the update was to blame. iSpring support has repeatedly refused to accept responsibility or fix this even though I believe I have identified the change they made which caused this to be an issue (it wasn't an issue for years previously).

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite provides an easy way to make SCORM packages, effectively utilizing video and PowerPoint slides.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Edd, thank you for sharing your feedback on iSpring Suite. Thrilling to hear that you find it to be a powerful and user-friendly. I apologize for any issues you have encountered with certain features not working as expected and the support experience.
At iSpring we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will address these concerns to ensure a better experience for you in the future.

We appreciate your support and are glad to hear that iSpring Suite is helping you create engaging courses.

 ### 5. Intuitive, Reliable Platform for Polished, Professional Training Modules

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanja H. | HR Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite is extremely easy to use, especially being PowerPoint-based, which makes course development fast and intuitive. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the output always looks polished and professional. I’m also impressed with how frequently the platform is improved — new features and updates are rolled out consistently. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to resolve any questions quickly.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I haven't come across anything I dislike.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite allows us to quickly convert internal training content into professional eLearning modules without requiring advanced design or development skills. It reduces course development time significantly and ensures consistency in branding and presentation. The ability to create interactive quizzes, dialogue simulations, and assessments in one platform streamlines our training process and improves learner engagement. This has made it easier to deliver structured, high-quality training across the organisation.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Tanja,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

We’re delighted to hear that iSpring Suite’s PowerPoint-based interface, clean design, and frequent updates are helping you create polished, professional courses quickly and intuitively. It’s also wonderful to know that the platform is streamlining your training process, from interactive quizzes and simulations to assessments, while maintaining consistency across your organization.

We truly appreciate your kind words about our support team. Hearing that we make it easy to resolve questions motivates us to keep improving.

We value your trust in iSpring! It’s rewarding to support you in designing courses that engage and inspire learners.

 ### 6. Interactive and Engaging Learning Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra M. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I use iSpring Suite to enhance our self-paced college modules, and I really enjoy the various characters and interactions available. This helps keep our modules varied. The characters are realistic, and the interactions can appeal to different learning preferences, including visual, auditory, and tactile. The engagement facilitated by these features makes the modules more interesting for students, who often express that they are more enjoyable than static ones.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I am hoping that iSpring continues to add additional graphics and design templates regularly in the future. Provide more options. It was fairly easy to set up, however, there is lots to learn to fully understand the capabilities that are available.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite makes learning engaging for students, transforming static modules from Canvas or PowerPoint into interactive experiences. It appeals to various learning preferences, resulting in a more engaging and interesting learning process.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Alexandra, thank you for sharing your positive experience with iSpring Suite! We're please to hear that you appreciate the various options for building training modules and that integrating with Canvas has been smooth. We understand your feedback about account sharing, it is mainly limited due to subscription terms: 1 seat equals 1 user. For teams, we offer discounts in multiseat offers.

Thank you again for your time and sincere feedback. May you be successful in what you are doing!

The customer support is top notch too.

Not a thing. iSpring Suite fulfills all the needs I have.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm responsible for training upwards of 200 people on over 15 detailed subjects annually. All training results need to be recorded for potential audits afterwards. iSpring Suite is the perfect solution to allow me to create custom training plans for each subject and keep a permanent record of results for each individual.

 ### 9. Powerful, Intuitive All-in-One eLearning Tool for Fast, Professional Course Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Max has quickly become one of my favorite eLearning development tools. From the moment I opened it, the platform felt easy to use, intuitive, and incredibly well‑designed. Even without extensive training, I was able to jump right in and start creating polished, professional content.
One of the standout features for me is the text‑to‑speech conversion. It’s remarkably smooth and natural‑sounding, saving hours of recording time while still maintaining a high‑quality learner experience. Paired with the ability to add interactive quizzes, it becomes effortless to build engaging courses that keep learners involved and boost knowledge retention.
Customization options are another major win. iSpring Max offers flexible design tools, templates, and settings that let you tailor every piece of content to match your brand or training needs. Whether I’m building a quick refresher module or a full multi‑lesson course, I always feel in control of the final output.
Finally, publishing and uploading couldn’t be simpler. With just a few clicks, I can export SCORM‑compliant packages and upload them directly to our learning management system without any compatibility issues. The process is fast, seamless, and dependable.
Overall, iSpring Max is a powerful, user‑friendly, all‑in‑one solution that makes course creation not only manageable but enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build professional eLearning quickly and effectively!

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The iSpring project folder tree creates pain points. The tool generates a large, cluttered directory filled with numerous subfolders, each containing assets, media, and configuration files. While this may be necessary from a technical standpoint, it’s not user‑friendly.
Managing or moving project files becomes unintuitive because everything must stay in its exact folder structure for the project to remain functional. Accidentally moving or renaming a folder easily breaks links or corrupts the project. For teams trying to organize many courses—or store them in shared directories—this rigid folder tree introduces unnecessary complexity.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite provides continual updates that introduce new features, usability and enhancements Users are alerted inside the interface when updates are installed, and improvements are clearly listed when the workspace is opened.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience with iSpring. We’re happy to know that the tool has become one of your favorites and that features like text‑to‑speech and interactive quizzes help you create engaging courses so quickly. That’s exactly the kind of efficiency and creative control we aim to provide for course developers.
We understand that managing multiple subfolders can feel cumbersome. The current folder hierarchy is designed to ensure stable project performance and preserve all linked assets, which is essential for reliable output in the SCORM format. This structure helps maintain the integrity of your course when it’s published and uploaded to an LMS.
We truly appreciate your trust in iSpring Suite. Thank you again for your time and kind words — and please don’t hesitate to share any further suggestions. Your insights help us make the product experience even better.

 ### 10. Seamless PowerPoint Integration for Effortless Course Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I really appreciate iSpring Suite's integration into PowerPoint. It's a very simple process with just one menu item, but it integrates very well. I can produce better iSpring courses once I understand how PowerPoint works. It's like I become a better PowerPoint user, and an excellent content creator using iSpring because it supports everything. You can add animations in PowerPoint, even embed videos without fear, as all the things done in PowerPoint are supported by iSpring, and that's what I love about it. It's inside a product I'm very familiar with. The outcome and the outputs I'm able to produce really show how important it is to have this ease-of-use tool, not only to create the content but also to edit it and provide it in different formats. It's flexible, easy to use, and I can control my output to different formats.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Sometimes when I have some very complex kinds of content, like demonstrating how to use a particular software product, it is not really easy to do, and it takes quite a bit of time. Also, accessibility is a big issue. I can't change the icon used for closed captions, and I don't have control over the background color on the closed caption display window. The closed caption colors are embedded in JavaScript, and I have to manually change it, which works, but it would be nicer to have better control over these features.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite helps organize course materials by leveraging PowerPoint, a tool everyone is familiar with, making it easier for me to build online training courses effectively.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Mike,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of iSpring Suite. We’re really glad to hear that the seamless integration with PowerPoint makes your course creation process easier and more enjoyable. It’s great to know that iSpring helps you create professional, interactive content using tools you already know and love.
We understand that creating complex software demonstrations can take extra time. Could you tell us more about the specific challenges you’re facing? Your input will help us better understand your workflow and explore ways to make this process even smoother in the future.
We also appreciate your feedback on accessibility and have taken note of your suggestions for future consideration.
It’s wonderful to see that iSpring Suite supports your goal of building professional online training efficiently. Thank you again for your insights and for being part of the iSpring community!

 ### 11. Intuitive PowerPoint-Based E-Learning, But Limited Customization for Advanced Branding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite feels intuitive and easy to use, particularly for teams that are already comfortable working in PowerPoint. Being able to convert existing presentations into interactive e-learning modules can save a lot of development time. The quiz builder and screen-recording tools are simple to work with yet effective, and the publishing options integrate smoothly with most LMS platforms.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Customization options can feel somewhat limited when you’re trying to build more advanced or strongly branded learning experiences. A few features don’t offer the same level of flexibility you’d get from more complex authoring tools, and as projects grow larger, they can become increasingly difficult to manage within a PowerPoint-based structure.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite addresses the challenge of turning static training materials into structured, trackable e-learning without needing advanced technical skills or a lengthy development cycle. Rather than rebuilding everything from scratch in a complex authoring tool, I can take existing PowerPoint decks and quickly convert them into interactive courses.

That speeds up production, lowers the barrier for subject matter experts to contribute, and helps training get deployed sooner. It also keeps courses SCORM-compliant and LMS-ready, which strengthens tracking and reporting and supports better accountability for training outcomes.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi,

Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed review of your experience with iSpring Suite.

We’re glad to hear that converting PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning modules has helped speed up your course production and made it easier for subject matter experts to contribute. That’s exactly the kind of efficiency we aim to deliver.

You also highlighted an important point about customization. While iSpring Suite prioritizes simplicity and ease of use, we continuously work on expanding the Content Library with ready-to-use characters, templates, and other options to provide more flexibility for branded learning experiences and advanced course design.

Could you share which customization options you feel are missing in iSpring Suite? We’d truly appreciate any details you can provide. It helps us better understand your needs.

Thank you for being part of the iSpring community. We’re always happy to have you with us!

Warm regards,

 ### 12. Empowers Engaging Training with Effortless AI Translation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mattie B. | Education & Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love that iSpring give me the ability to create interactive and engaging training content. The versatility iSpring provides ensures that training doesn't have to be boring and trainees can continue through to the end of their training courses without losing engagement. Most importantly, the AI Translation option is a game changer for us. We have several language needs at out plant and being able to translate training content with just a few clicks has saved out team hours of work.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I would like to see more options for building training content within the iSpring Cloud application. I love the Page format, but would love to be able to incorporate more variety with interactions, role-play scenarios, etc.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier this year, we identified that our existing training manuals and tools were inadequate due to two major issues: poor accessibility and difficulty locating specific information within the content. iSpring allows us to centralize all company policies and procedures into a single, easily accessible location within our LMS. The platform’s structure supports clear organization and the use of internal links, which significantly improves navigation and filterability.

In addition, iSpring addresses the limitations of our previously one-dimensional training materials. Its interactive features—such as role-play scenarios—enable us to create realistic troubleshooting simulations so operators can practice decision-making before entering high-stakes environments. Features like accordion and tab layouts also allow us to present lengthy or complex processes in a more concise, user-friendly format. Overall, iSpring provides the functionality we need to modernize, streamline, and enhance the effectiveness of our training resources.

 ### 13. Effortless eLearning Creation with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen K. | Employee Engagement and Training Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I’ve been using iSpring Suite for a while now, and it’s honestly made my life so much easier when it comes to creating training materials. If you already work in PowerPoint, the transition is almost seamless—you can take a regular presentation and turn it into a polished eLearning module in minutes. I didn’t need any special technical skills to get started.

What I appreciate most is how quickly I can build something that looks professional. The quiz builder and dialogue simulations are straightforward, and the screen recorder has been great for putting together step-by-step tutorials. I also like having access to their content library—it saves me from having to design every little visual from scratch.

Publishing is simple too. Whether I need SCORM, xAPI, or just a web-friendly version, it all exports cleanly and works with our LMS without any issues.

Overall, iSpring Suite has become one of my go-to tools. It’s reliable, easy to learn, and helps me turn ideas into real, interactive courses without spending hours fighting with complicated software.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I'd like more page templates because the ones that are there have been there too long

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its just so easy to create a full course with voice over in less than one day.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Karen, it’s wonderful to hear how iSpring Suite has streamlined your training-material creation and empowered your team, especially in a small business with a focused mission to boost employee engagement and development.
We’re encouraged to know that our content library and flexible publishing options are helping you integrate smoothly with your LMS. iSpring Suite is compatible with 150+ LMS platforms that support standard e-learning formats such as SCORM, xAPI, and AICC. Not to mention our own iSpring LMS platform, which ensures impeccable data integrity within iSpring tools, interoperability, and reporting, and stands out with 99.4% LMS performance availability.
Regarding page templates, since June we’ve added several slide designs, including Azure Voyage and Citrus Flow. The full set of Content Library enhancements which we release on monthly basis you may find on https://www.ispringsolutions.com/ispring-suite/whats-new.

I’ve been using iSpring Suite to develop CBT courses for my company, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience with it. The biggest advantage for me is how seamlessly it integrates with PowerPoint.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

My one frustration is around training and advanced feature guidance. I get the sense that iSpring Suite is a very powerful tool, but I’m not always sure I’m using it to its full potential. There may be more training resources available than I’ve found, but from my perspective, I’d love to see more in-depth tutorials, real-world examples, or advanced workflow guidance.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring is really helping me develop some good CBT.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Alan, thank you so much for sharing your experience with iSpring Suite and highlighting the seamless PowerPoint integration. We’re glad it helps you build CBT courses efficiently. Your request for more advanced training, real-life examples, and workflow guidance is very valuable to us. We’d love to better understand what specific topics or formats you’re looking for, so if you’re open to it, please reach out to us via email - idea@ispringsolutions.com.

 ### 15. Seamless Course Creation with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I like iSpring Suite for several reasons. It handles narration and allows me to edit slides individually rather than having to revise the entire video, which simplifies maintenance. The ability to create interactive slides and quizzes is a big plus for creating engaging content. Additionally, I'm impressed with the ability to export content in various formats and store it on iSpring Cloud. iSpring Suite's focus on learning aligns perfectly with my needs compared to other editing tools. Setting it up was great too.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I dislike not being able to work on content online without installation.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iSpring Suite for creating onboarding courses and training videos, which solves issues with narration, avoiding extensive video editing for updates, and creating interactive slides and quizzes. I also like the export options and storage on iSpring Cloud.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Marina,
Thank you so much for your review of iSpring Suite. We're delighted to hear how it streamlines your onboarding courses and training videos with narration edits, interactive quizzes, and smooth iSpring Cloud integration.

 ### 16. Easiest Tool for Interactive eLearning Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love that iSpring Suite makes it incredibly fast to turn standard PowerPoint slides into interactive eLearning without needing to learn a new authoring environment. Since it integrates directly into PowerPoint, the learning curve is minimal, allowing me to quickly add quizzes, interactions, branching scenarios, and role plays within a familiar tool. I find the synergy between iSpring Cloud and iSpring Suite impressive, especially the AI features in iSpring Cloud. These AI features are genuinely useful for drafting lesson content, quizzes, and role-play scripts that can be easily copied into PowerPoint and transformed into interactive activities. It saves a lot of time during early design and prototyping. The initial setup of iSpring Suite was super simple.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The AI-generated content still needs a human review, especially for tone and accuracy, which is expected with any AI. Also, while the design customization is solid, achieving highly advanced visual design might require additional tweaking compared to more design-heavy tools.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite helps me create engaging eLearning quickly from PowerPoint without overwhelming the team. It integrates easily, has a minimal learning curve, and allows rapid addition of quizzes and interactions. It's a big time-saver.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with iSpring Suite. We’re thrilled to hear that it helps you turn PowerPoint slides into interactive eLearning without the extra learning curve. It’s also great to know that iSpring Cloud and its AI features fit neatly into your design process and help speed up early content development. That’s exactly the kind of smooth workflow we strive to create.
You’re absolutely right. AI-generated content still needs a bit of human editing to fine‑tune tone and accuracy. We see AI as a creative partner that speeds up the process, while course creators ensure the final touch of quality and context. And thank you for pointing out the design flexibility. We’re continuously adding new templates and layout options to give you more control over the visual side of their projects.
We really appreciate you sharing your experience. It’s inspiring to see how iSpring helps you bring engaging learning experiences to life faster and more easily.

 ### 17. Seamless PowerPoint Integration, Easy e-Learning Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I appreciate that iSpring Suite integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, which everyone in our business is familiar with. This makes it easy to use, as we can create courses with PowerPoint and then enhance them with iSpring's interactive features. The SCORM capability is very useful for publishing in our LMS. I also find the quizzes to be very interactive compared to simple LMS questions. Creating quizzes with iSpring is easy, and that's a big plus for me. The initial setup was very easy, especially since we already had PowerPoint, and the customer support was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The Voice Over/Text to speech feature in iSpring Suite could be improved with more natural voices. It would be ideal if, when using text to speech, the text was shown at the time of speech. This improvement could support diversity by benefiting people who can't hear and those who prefer reading subtitles while listening.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite makes creating e-learning and courses easy with its SCORM capability and interactive quizzes. It's convenient because it integrates with PowerPoint, which everyone in our business already knows, allowing SMEs to develop content that I enhance and publish.

 ### 18. The iSpring Suite took our e-learning modules to a professional level

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michiel W. | Adviseur-trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Since my last review the iSpring Suite has been improved a lot with AI. Generating the structure of courses, making outlines and making quizzes is done so much faster now. Also improved are: adding audio to quiz questions, better hover-effects an interactive element. Overall I can say that iSpring stays up-to-date in a very good way.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Adding narration to regular PowerPoint slides (without iSpring elements) could be improved. So student can listen to the text when they want to, by clicking on a play button.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISping helps us to create professional looking courses in fewer time than other apps. I brings us consistant looking courses that are very high appreciated by our customers.

 ### 19. Consistently Reliable and Evolving eLearning Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** richard n. | HSEQ Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

My Experience (5+ Years In)
Having used iSpring Suite for over five years, I’ve seen it evolve from a solid, PowerPoint-based authoring toolkit into a more powerful, modern eLearning platform. Early on, what attracted me most was its simplicity and integration into PowerPoint — I didn’t need to learn a completely new paradigm, which made course creation fast and very familiar.

Over time, I relied heavily on:
•	QuizMaker: for knowledge checks, assessments, branching quizzes
•	TalkMaster (role-plays): to simulate real-life conversations
•	Screen recording tools: for software demos or narrated walkthroughs
•	PowerPoint-based slide content: enhanced with interaction and multimedia

It delivered consistently reliable SCORM output that worked well in our LMS, and I appreciated the regular updates. The customer support from iSpring has also been strong: whenever I hit a snag, I usually got help quickly.

Overall, iSpring Suite continues to be a strong, reliable authoring tool — and its recent updates make it significantly more powerful and future-ready.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Although the PowerPoint foundation is a definite advantage, it does limit design flexibility when compared to e-learning tools that are purpose-built for interactivity. I also found the selection of visual assets, such as characters and backgrounds, to be somewhat limited, particularly when creating highly branded or uniquely styled courses. Additionally, in earlier versions, translations and localization were not fully integrated, which meant that producing multilingual versions required more manual effort.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite enabled me to create many courses quickly, which accelerated production and made it easier to localize content. The software is straightforward and user-friendly, especially for slide-based training and quizzes, and it supports an established workflow. Training colleagues to use the application, as well as its new AI and player design features, requires minimal time investment. This efficiency has paid off in terms of both speed and consistency.

 ### 20. My experience working with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABDULBASID ALBARKAWA A. | School Director. International Secondary School Kaura Namoda, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

What excites me most about iSpring Suite is its seamless PowerPoint integration and ease of use. It allows me to take familiar slides and transform them into professional, interactive eLearning courses with quizzes, dialogue simulations, video narrations, and more. The interface is intuitive, which makes the development process smooth, even for those new to course authoring. For instructional designers and L&D professionals, iSpring strikes the right balance between efficiency and creativity, enabling the creation of high-quality learning experiences without steep technical demands. Its LMS compatibility (SCORM, xAPI, AICC, cmi5) also ensures reliable tracking and delivery across platforms.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The main drawback of iSpring Suite is its high subscription cost. With iSpring Suite priced at $720/year, iSpring Cloud at $540/year, and iSpring Suite Max at $970/year, it can be a significant investment. For established organizations, this may be justifiable, but for new users, independent instructional designers, or professionals just developing their careers in Learning and Development, the cost can feel prohibitive. While the value is undeniable, a more flexible pricing model could make this powerful tool more accessible to emerging professionals.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a classroom teacher, currently in transition to an instructional designer, one challenge I face is creating interactive, professional courses without needing complex technical skills. iSpring Suite solves this by letting me easily convert slides into engaging modules with quizzes and simulations. Another problem is tracking learner progress, and iSpring’s LMS compatibility ensures I can monitor outcomes effectively. These features save time, maintain quality, and boost my impact as an instructional designer.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on your experience with iSpring Suite. We're uplifted to hear that you find the PowerPoint integration and ease of use exciting and beneficial for creating interactive eLearning courses.

We see and accept your concern about the subscription cost and appreciate your feedback. Glad that you've mentioned the value is undeniable, and we continuously invest not only in the product itself, but in service teams too. It's fantastic to hear how iSpring Suite is helping you transition from a classroom teacher to an instructional designer by simplifying course creation and improving learner progress tracking. We're delighted to be a part of your journey in enhancing your impact in the field of Learning and Development.

 ### 21. The Ultimate PowerPoint-Powered Toolkit for Rapid eLearning Development and scrolable course

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aragaw Y. | digital educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite's greatest strength is its seamless integration with PowerPoint. As someone familiar with PowerPoint, I was able to become productive almost immediately, which drastically reduces the learning curve and development time. It transforms a familiar presentation tool into a powerful eLearning authoring suite.

I particularly appreciate the all-in-one nature of the software. Instead of juggling multiple applications for narration, video, and quizzes, I can do everything within the iSpring ecosystem. The screen recorder is robust and reliable, the quiz maker is incredibly versatile with multiple question types, and the ability to create role-play conversations is a standout feature for soft skills training. The output is always professional, SCORM-compliant, and works flawlessly on any LMS.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While the PowerPoint foundation is a major advantage, it can also present some limitations for highly advanced users. Designing experiences that break free from the traditional "slide-by-slide" linear format can be challenging. The built-in content library is good, but expanding the collection of modern, diverse character poses and illustrated templates would be a welcome improvement to keep courses looking fresh and engaging.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite solves the critical problem of rapid eLearning development for SMEs and instructional designers. It allows me to prototype and create high-quality, interactive courses much faster than with other tools I've used. The main benefits are:

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Aragaw, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on iSpring Suite! ### 22. Keeping Our Seafarers a Step Ahead with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fenia D. | Head of Training Department, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I have been using iSpring Suite for the past four years, and it has consistently proven to be a reliable and powerful tool for creating interactive e-learning courses. What I appreciate most is its ease of use combined with professional-grade features. The interface is intuitive, which makes it simple to design engaging training modules without needing advanced technical skills. At the same time, the software offers a wide range of options—quizzes, branching scenarios, interactive elements, and video lectures—that allow me to create rich and varied learning experiences.

In the maritime industry, where continuous training is essential, iSpring helps us stay one step ahead by enabling us to deliver knowledge through multiple methods. Our seafarers benefit greatly from interactive lessons, as they can learn at their own pace while still being challenged with real-life scenarios. The ability to publish content in multiple formats and make it mobile-friendly is also a big advantage, as it ensures accessibility anytime, anywhere.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While iSpring Suite is an excellent product overall, there are some areas that could be improved. The pricing can be a bit high, especially for smaller organizations, though the value is undeniable given the feature set. Additionally, although the built-in templates are useful, I would like to see even more variety and customization options to suit different industries, including highly specialized fields like maritime training.

These are relatively minor drawbacks compared to the overall benefits, but addressing them would make iSpring Suite even more powerful and versatile.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite helps us solve one of the biggest challenges in maritime training: delivering consistent, engaging, and accessible learning to seafarers across the globe. Traditional training methods often relied heavily on in-person sessions or static materials, which were not always practical for crew members working in different time zones and locations.

With iSpring Suite, we can create interactive, scenario-based courses that simulate real-life maritime situations. This allows seafarers to practice decision-making in a safe environment before facing those situations on board. It also ensures that all learners receive the same high-quality training materials, no matter where they are.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Fenia, thank you for sharing your positive experience with iSpring Suite! We're thrilled to hear that our software has been a reliable and powerful tool for creating engaging e-learning courses in the maritime industry. Your feedback about the ease of use and professional-grade features is greatly appreciated.

We understand your concerns about pricing and template variety, and we are continuously working to enhance our offerings to better meet the needs of all users, including those in specialized fields like maritime training.

We're glad to hear that iSpring Suite is helping you deliver consistent, engaging, and accessible learning experiences to seafarers worldwide. If you have any specific suggestions or further feedback, please feel free to reach out. We're here to support you every step of the way!

 ### 23. Empowering Creativity in Education with iSpring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Flavia g. | engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite has transformed the way I design and deliver educational content.
I love how intuitive and fast it is to create engaging courses using avatars and interactive elements. Whether I'm working online or within PowerPoint, iSpring gives me the flexibility to bring lessons to life with minimal effort. The avatar feature and the seamless PowerPoint integration are game-changers. As both a school teacher and a trainer of teachers, I need tools that support creativity and save time—iSpring does both brilliantly.
The upsides of using iSpring Suite are:
- Rapid course creation
-Professional-looking results without needing design skills
-Great for diverse topics and audiences
-Encourages creativity and experimentation
- Reliable performance and easy updates

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While the platform is powerful, I’d love to see even more avatar customization options and perhaps a few more templates tailored for educational settings.
Occasionally, the interface feels a bit too business-oriented for school use, and some advanced features require a bit of a learning curve because they are not very intuitive.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As both a classroom teacher and a trainer of educators, I often face the challenge of creating engaging, high-quality content under tight time constraints. iSpring Suite solves this by offering intuitive tools that allow me to build interactive courses quickly—whether I'm working directly in PowerPoint or using the online platform. The avatar feature adds a dynamic, human touch to my lessons, making them more relatable and memorable for learners. This has significantly boosted my productivity and creativity, enabling me to deliver diverse training materials that resonate with different audiences.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Flavia, thank you for details in sharing your experience with iSpring Suite! We're thrilled to hear that our platform has transformed the way you create educational content, making it more engaging and efficient for you as both a teacher and a trainer.
Your feedback on avatar customization options and templates for educational settings is valuable. Our Content Library team is foremost inspired by customer voice, so really glad to hear your opinion.

We understand the importance of user-friendly features, and we'll work on enhancing the intuitiveness of advanced functions. Your success in creating dynamic and relatable lessons is our priority, and we're here to support your creativity and productivity. Thank you for choosing iSpring Suite!

 ### 24. From iSpring QuizMaker 8 (2018) to iSpring Suite (2025)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite has become one of the best and most reliable eLearning authoring tools I’ve ever used. What sets it apart is the perfect balance between powerful features and an easy, intuitive workflow. If you already work in PowerPoint, iSpring feels like a natural extension—fast, smooth, and incredibly efficient.

The Suite offers everything a course developer needs: interactive slides, beautifully designed templates, advanced quizzes, dialogue simulations, screen recording, video editing, and SCORM/xAPI publishing. All these tools stay perfectly integrated, so I never feel like I’m switching between different systems.

Performance is consistently solid, and the output quality is excellent across LMS platforms. The published courses load quickly, run smoothly, and maintain crisp formatting. The learning curve is surprisingly low, yet the creative possibilities are huge.

One of my favorite aspects is the time it saves. Features like ready-made interactions, design presets, and the built-in content library help create professional courses in a fraction of the time. Even complex eLearning modules feel easy to build.

Support and documentation are also outstanding—quick responses, helpful tutorials, and regular updates that genuinely improve the product.

Overall, iSpring Suite is a top-tier choice for anyone serious about eLearning development. It’s dependable, user-friendly, and packed with capabilities that transform ideas into polished, interactive learning experiences. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While iSpring Suite has been a major upgrade for my eLearning development, I have noticed that sometimes PowerPoint displays an error prompting to disable the iSpring plugin. This doesn’t happen frequently, but it can occur after PowerPoint updates, when opening large presentations, or when multiple add-ins are running simultaneously.
It’s a minor inconvenience, and not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning as part of a real user experience.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating professional eLearning content quickly, Maintaining SCORM and LMS compatibility, Adding interactivity without technical skills.... etc

Overall Benefit:
iSpring Suite streamlines the entire eLearning development process-from design to publishing-making it faster, more reliable, and more enjoyable. It allows me to produce high-quality, interactive content efficiently, which significantly improves productivity and the overall learner experience.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> That's impressive! You've underlined in your review exactly what we aimed to deliver to our valued customers. Both on the technical side, as well as on the service side, we strive to balance vast capabilities, interaction diversity, and the smoothness of both course developers (freelancers and corporate) and learners. Glad that you've noticed the significant impact that iSpring Suite has had on your project results.
Regarding the set-up display you mentioned, this usually happens when another add-in is open. Please try the following steps:
1. Disable or close other add-ins and restart the application.
2. Reopen your project and check if the issue persists.
If the error still occurs, please contact our 24/7 support team or use the online chat. We don’t use bots for this process - our team will take care of you promptly and personally.

I use iSpring every day. There are many helpful features that iSpring has. I love the quizzes and interactions. The options for both are great. It's easy to learn and fun to use. Customer service is very helpful. I love the content library and use it often.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I would like the quizlettes to go to one email, but that isn't a deal-breaker. I am very happy with iSpring.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use iSpring for our online courses and tutorials for staff. Our learners have recently come to me saying that the online courses have been more engaging.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Kristen,

Thank you so much for your kind review and for sharing how you use iSpring Suite every day! We're glad to hear that you enjoy creating quizzes and interactions, and that the Content Library makes your course development both easy and engaging.

 ### 26. Seamless PowerPoint Integration with Endless Interactive Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sander G. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Integration in PowerPoint itself, so it feels like a native feature. The incredibly large amount of options to generate quizzes, e-learnings and interactive content. It integrates perfectly with existing presentations & slide decks. Would highly recommend to test this out for people who are used to PowerPoint and want to expand it's features with e-learnings.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Integration with Mac/apple would be great.

Very little to dislike. Takes a bit of time to get used to all the features, but would see that as a bonus rather than a negative.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating e-learnings into a familiar PowerPoint environment is convenient, as there is no need to learn or export content from a new software. This makes the process much simpler and more efficient.

 ### 27. Fantastic authoring tool for courses.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It further enhances the classic features of PowerPoint. It adds powerful tools for editing video, audio, and video, making it much easier to use compared to other authoring tools. It introduces significant AI-powered improvements. It allows you to create the most engaging and dynamic conversation simulations.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

They should continue developing features for the PowerPoint version, as it still has great potential for course creation. More interaction and greater flexibility in conversation simulations would be beneficial.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The production of courses by people with little experience in managing e-learning authoring programs that require a versatile and simple tool

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! It’s great to hear that iSpring Suite’s familiar PowerPoint interface and new AI-powered tools make it easier for you to build engaging, media-rich courses.
You made an excellent point about expanding the PowerPoint version. We really appreciate you sharing your insights.
Feedback like yours helps us focus on what matters most to our users and keep improving the experience with every release.

 ### 28. iSpring: Easy, Accessible Authoring with Deeply Customizable Quizzes & Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

In terms of authoring tools, Ispring is super easy to use and really engaging for accessibility.

Amazing features for learners who may struggle with elearning.

Really great features and ability to deeply customise, especially love how much can be done with the quiz features and reporting.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Right now my only dislike that branching is limited and learning is quite straight forward.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating stronger learning engagement and acessible learning to help learners.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

We’re glad to hear that iSpring Suite is helping you create engaging and accessible learning, and that the quiz and reporting features are making a real difference for your learners. Supporting accessibility and learner engagement is very important to us.

We also appreciate your thoughts on branching and navigation. Could you share a bit more about when this comes up in your courses? It would help us understand your experience better.

 ### 29. Efficient, Intuitive, and Perfect for PowerPoint Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love the simplicity of this tool and the fact that it’s an add-on to PowerPoint, which I’m already familiar with. All the features I need are in one place when using iSpring Suite 11:

- Built-in audio editor
- Ability to time animations within the editor, with the PPT notes section visible on the right side for easy narration syncing
- A wide variety of templates to choose from
- Easy insertion of videos into the material
- Fully customizable player window with color options that match company branding and give a modern look
- In my experience, iSpring support always responds to inquiries within a maximum of two hours

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

My only dislike is more of a general technology limitation than an issue unique to iSpring, and applies to all SCORM authoring tools. The subfolders generated by the project can be difficult to move or rename without risking file corruption leaving my project folders less organized than preferred.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite allows me to take course content from our SMEs and turn it into more engaging learning material. It helps streamline our development process, reduce production time, and create training that keeps learners interested while improving knowledge retention.

 ### 30. A Must-Have Tool for Creative Instructional Designers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica D. | Music Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite has been an absolute game-changer for my work, especially for creating engaging, scrollable courses. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making the creative process smooth and enjoyable. I'm especially proud that I was able to produce all the custom video and audio content for my course, which demonstrates the tool's flexibility and robust capabilities. The multi-modal learning features are a standout strength, and the ability to preview my work on five different screen types ensures a flawless user experience. The expert feedback I received on my course was a testament to the platform's power, as it validated the strong design and content. For any instructional designer looking for a tool that is both powerful and easy to use, I highly recommend iSpring Suite.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The pricing can be a point of confusion for some users. While does iSpring offer a free trial, the annual subscription cost seems to be high for freelancers, small businesses, or individual users who only use a limited set of the features (like me).

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time constraints: The need for fast turnaround on training materials. iSpring's all-in-one suite allows you to quickly build quizzes, interactions, and video lectures.

Lack of interactivity: The problem of creating engaging content that goes beyond just text and images. iSpring provides built-in tools for adding quizzes, dialogue simulations, and branching scenarios.

 ### 31. Overall positive experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany M. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I really like the usability. I had never used iSpring Suite before but I was still able to utilize the interactions and quizzes very quickly. I also REALLY liked the like narration ability with sync. I found that I was able to incorporate a lot of interactivity as well as mixed media with ease. It is also very handy that it is built right into PPT, something many people already know how to use. Overall I found it was a really clean, easy way to create a course yet it still had a lot to explore and a lot of impact for such a "simple" tool.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I had some problems with saving to Onedrive. The first few days something seemed to happen where it didn't save and I lost all my work. Thankfully, I was able to solve it and get some of the work back. I'm not sure if that's an iSpring issue or a microsoft issue but it ultimately did cause a little headache when trying to save my files.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I only used iSpring for the course creation contest, however I could see iSpring Suite being used to create more interactive courses with less time spent.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Brittany, thank you for sharing your positive experience with iSpring Suite! We are thrilled to hear that you found the usability and narration abilities to be standout features.
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with saving to Onedrive. If you encounter any more difficulties or have any questions in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that iSpring Suite has the potential to help you create interactive courses more efficiently. Thank you for choosing iSpring!

 ### 32. Great tool for eLearning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly K. | ESL Interventionist, Primary/Secondary Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love how seamlessly it integrates with PowerPoint, making it easy to turn existing presentations into interactive courses. The content library, quizzes, and branching scenarios let me create engaging learning experiences without needing advanced design skills. It’s user-friendly, fast, and flexible across different LMS platforms.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The video editing features are fairly basic, so I sometimes need to use another tool for more complex edits. The library of templates and characters is good, but could be expanded further for even more variety.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite helps me create professional eLearning courses quickly without needing advanced technical skills. Instead of spending weeks building custom content, I can repurpose existing materials and enhance them with interactivity, quizzes, and scenarios. This saves me time, speeds up course delivery, and makes the learning experience more engaging for participants. It’s also reliable across different LMS platforms, which reduces technical issues and ensures a smoother rollout.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Carly, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on iSpring Suite! We're thrilled to hear that you find the integration with PowerPoint seamless and the tool user-friendly for creating engaging eLearning courses. We appreciate your input on the video editing features and library variety, and we'll certainly take that into consideration for future updates.

 ### 33. Easy Integration, High Pricing Concerns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuko M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite Pro Max is a user-friendly, powerful tool with great interactive features and seamless PowerPoint integration. Publishing across devices and LMS is easy. Pricing is high, and large projects can lag, but it’s excellent for creating professional, engaging courses.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I find the pricing of iSpring Suite quite high. Even though there is an educational discount available for non-profit organizations, the cost is still steep. This makes it financially challenging when dealing with large projects.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iSpring Suite for work presentations. It offers ease of integration with MS PowerPoint and provides a discount for non-profit educational use, although the pricing remains high.

 ### 34. I grow with iSpring from version 6 till now at version 11. Whenever I have a project, I use iSpring.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mak W. | Trainer and eLearning Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It taps on the ease of PowerPoint, and adding on utilities such as Engage Interaction, Quiz and many media resources such as characters (has its own app to allow me to create my own avartars created from chatGPT).

An astonishing easy tool to use.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I think its ease of use make us seasoned users to be obsolete very fast, as the younger generations can easily pick up on the use of this software.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The learning curve is shallow, you just need to know MS PowerPoint, and that's enough.

iSpring extends the development of eLearing coures through its Publish function. Fantastic

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Mak, thank you for being a loyal iSpring user since version 6! We're thrilled to hear that you find iSpring Suite easy to use and appreciate its features like Engage Interaction and Quiz. We work on updates as well to keep our software relevant and user-friendly for all generations.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with a fantastic eLearning experience with iSpring Suite!

iSpring Suite is a robust, feature rich intuitive authoring tool. I love the user interface because its clean, minimalistic. Just like a nice looking car dashboard featuring guages and equipment clusters.
It is user friendly, straight forward in terms of ease of use. Overall, it is a powerful tool, and it works well as a PowerPoint add-in.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Not sure I have found anything yet that qualifies as dislike.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helping me to create engaging content in PowerPoint which can be uploaded as a SCORM content into LMS

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Kayode, thank you for sharing your positive experience with iSpring Suite! We're thrilled to hear that you find the user interface clean and intuitive, making content creation a breeze. ### 36. Fantastic eLearning Authoring Tool – iSpring Suite Delivers Every Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite is incredibly intuitive and easy to use-even for people who are new to eLearning development. The PowerPoint integration is seamless, and I love how quickly I can turn a simple presentation into a polished, interactive course. The built-in quizzes, dialogue simulations, and content library save me hours of work. Everything feels smooth, stable, and professional.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Honestly, very little. The only thing I’d love to see is even more templates in the content library, but the existing ones are already excellent.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite has streamlined our entire content creation workflow. We can now produce high-quality training modules, assessments, and videos in a fraction of the time. It helps us onboard new staff faster and deliver consistent training across the team.

 ### 37. Beginner-friendly and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phuong T. | Instructional Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love how intuitive and flexible iSpring Suite is. It makes it easy to build engaging eLearning with clean visuals and interactive scenarios. Plus, the variety of interactions and quiz options gives you so much creative freedom to design meaningful learning experiences

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The only downside for me is the price—it’s a bit on the higher side, especially for individual creators or small teams

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite makes it easy to turn ideas into interactive, learner-friendly content without needing advanced tech skills. For me, it solves the challenge of building engaging scenarios and quizzes quickly, with plenty of built-in options to choose from. It’s helped me focus more on creativity and learner experience, rather than getting stuck on the technical side of course development.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Phuong, thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s wonderful that the clean visuals and interactive scenarios help you bring ideas to life without heavy technical hurdles, and that the quiz and interaction options give you real creative freedom. Your note about price is valuable - while we strive to offer strong value, we understand that budgeting is important for individual creators and small teams.
Your focus on creativity and learner experience truly inspires us to keep improving. Please feel free to share any specific projects you’re proud of - we love hearing success stories :)

 ### 38. iSpring Cloud - A Tool for Engaging Scrollable Courses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring is easy to use and very instinctive. I liked that I could break up the scrollable course with pages and a 'continue' button. It made it easy to structure the content into chapters. It was easy to upload video, audio and images.

I am an Apple user so I used iSpring Cloud, which was very easy to get started with. It was easy to use, with hardly any learning curve if you have used similar basic authoring tools. Ideal for beginners and those not skilled in instructional design.

The number of features was basic, but not different to similar authoring tools of this type.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I was unable to add a VTT file for closed captions, so that they were optional. I didn't see that this was possible so had to burn subtitles into my video.

I had designed a drag and drop activity which I rethought and used one of the knowledge check activities, it worked fine. Although I would like more variety with the knowledge checks. Multiple choice and a card match were used a bit too much in my course.

At times it was frustrating not being able to have images exactly where I wanted them and size them to my liking. I understand it is a block template and it is not unlike other authoring tools of it's kind, so I was used to that.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used iSpring Cloud for the iSpring Course Creation Contest and am a first time user. I would recommend it and the other products for their ease of use. As an Instructional Designer I like to use the industry standard tools and although iSpring is very good I feel pressure to have Articulate 360 on the CV as it is what employers want right now. I would use the authoring tools, particularly the ease of integration with PowerPoint, makes it a good option for a quicker learning curve.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on your experience with iSpring Suite. We're thrilled to hear that you found the platform easy to use and intuitive, especially for structuring your content into chapters.

We appreciate your comments on VTT files for closed captions. You may actually add VTT files: https://ispringhelpdocs.com/ispring-suite/how-to-import-a-file-with-captions-100864292.html and you'll have a button allowing turning on/off captions. How to add a button unto a player: https://ispringhelpdocs.com/ispring-suite/how-to-enable-captions-on-a-slide-100864294.html.

As for knowledge checks, we have a variety of 14 quizz types. Would you prefer a brief guide through alternatives to multiple choice and card matches? Please drop me a line under daria.sagde@ispring.com, and I will arrange a personal session with account manager for you.

Glad to hear that iSpring Cloud was user-friendly for you as a first-time user. We're here to assist you and ensure your experience with iSpring Suite is as seamless as possible. Thank you for considering us and recommending our tools!

 ### 39. Effortless Content Creation with Rich Characters and Backgrounds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love the ease of use, all the characters and backgrounds that are available, and the wonderful content I can create at my bank to enhance the learning of our staff.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The only downside was only having one author, but our management approved the upgrade to two and so now my coworker and I can both create.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have any eLearning prior to signing up with iSpring. In just five years, my coworker and I have added multiple learning paths and at least 66 courses that are used for new hire training, and continued learning for our seasoned staff.

 ### 40. Innovative and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jalessa C. | Senior Manager of Clinical Quality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

ISpring Suite is an innovative platform that allows for learners of all levels and specific needs. I appreciate the gamification and AI options.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

At this time, I can identify a dislike. However I am still learning more about the system. The team is excellent, knowledgeable, and highly engaged.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current LMS lacks a authoring tool and does not solve for individuals with diverse learning needs. ISpring caters to the different learning styles.

 ### 41. Excellent software; great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

What I like best about iSpring is its ease of use, especially for anyone already comfortable with PowerPoint. The integration is seamless—you can quickly turn a presentation into an interactive course without having to learn a new platform. I also appreciate the built-in text-to-speech feature, which makes it easy to create professional audio without needing voiceover talent. The interactive tools, like quizzes and branching scenarios, are intuitive and allow for engaging content creation with minimal effort. Overall, iSpring makes developing eLearning content straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Lack of native AI on PPT. Limitations on length of text to speech.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiently creating high-quality eLearning content without the need for complex software or extensive technical skills. Many organizations need to train employees, onboard new hires, or deliver compliance training quickly, but lack the time or resources to build full-scale learning management systems from scratch. iSpring allows businesses to repurpose existing PowerPoint materials into interactive, SCORM-compliant courses, complete with quizzes, assessments, and multimedia elements. By simplifying course development, iSpring reduces production time and lowers costs.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're so pleased to hear that iSpring Suite is helping you efficiently create high-quality eLearning content without the need for complex software or extensive technical skills.
Your feedback about the ease of use and seamless integration with PowerPoint is greatly appreciated. We've taken note of your concerns about the lack of native AI on PPT and limitations on text-to-speech length, and we'll keep them in mind as we work on enhancing our software.
May your business grow, and we are here to serve you.

 ### 42. Click and upload easily

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan B. | Clinical Nurse Educator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It's easy to upload your presentations to your LMS by clicking publish.
The quizzes and interactive options make your presentations easier to learn and break up the monotonous death by powerpoint.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

As I am locked into a secure server I am unable to update without IT support. There are lots of updates which I love though!

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to publish courses and modules and also quizzes to our LMS that we can track and see how staff are doing, and if they have completed their training.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Ivan, thank you for sharing your positive experience with iSpring Suite. We appreciate your feedback about the ease of uploading presentations and the benefits of the quizzes and interactive options. We understand the challenge of needing IT support for updates and are working to streamline the process for users like you. Look forward to helping you fulfill your needs further on!

 ### 43. Low learning curve and quick course development

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite is a great choice if you are looking to get started quickly as it is easy to use. If you know how to use PowerPoint (and who doesn't?) you can jump straight into building eLearning courses with a minimal learning curve. It includes a variety of features (interactive quizzes, scenarios, screen recordings, etc) which allows for interactivity built within a platform that is familiar. It's a great choice for companies that are just beginning their eLearning journey, or for those who have a background in facilitation and need to build online offerings to match.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite is not super customizable. For those familiar with Articulate, it's more of a Rise than a Storyline. There are probably a few more interactions available than in Rise, but you can't create any fully customizable interactions and for advanced course creators that is very limiting. Also it is desktop-based, so you also have to make sure that you are saving and sharing out the correct version. If I am sacrificing customization I prefer to have it be web-based to allow for easier review and feedback cycles.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to create high-quality trainings on a tight timeline.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review of iSpring Suite! We're glad to hear that you appreciate its user-friendly interface and the quick onboarding process, especially for those already familiar with PowerPoint. It's great to know that the variety of features such as interactive quizzes and screen recordings has enhanced your eLearning courses, making the transition into online training smoother for your organization.

We also value your feedback regarding the limitations in customization. While iSpring Suite is designed to be straightforward and efficient, we recognize that advanced course creators desire more flexibility. Your suggestion for a web-based platform is valuable too, and we will take it into account. We are committed to helping you create high-quality training quickly and look forward to supporting your eLearning journey further.

 ### 44. E-Learning courses simply and professionally

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr M. | Software Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Designing, creating e-learning courses usually evokes bad feelings when the name SCORM is dropped. And that's where the iSpring package comes to the rescue. A package, because it's ultimately more than one piece of software that allows you to turn a training idea into a professionally built course. It's worth mentioning that existing licenses allow institutions such as institutes and universities to make it available in a server version so as to optimize purchasing and its use. At the Military Medical Institute -State Research Institute, since iSpring began to be used, the creation of the course can be carried out by the Content Author, which makes the course itself as faithful as possible to the author's ideas.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Difficult to point out, it might be worth adding templates for courses, diplomas so as to shorten the path of learning tools.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring has produced a path to conveniently create courses.

 ### 45. Perfect for what we need!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renee F. | Systems Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

We use this to create learning to add to our LMS, and it's exactly what we need! *Update: this is now become our go-to tool for trainings. It's SUPER easy to track who took what courses.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The only thing that I dislike, is the time it takes to convert to a SCORM file.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us keep track of those who need to watch trainings and those who haven't.

 ### 46. The best SW of this kind on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabo B. | Project Manager and Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I was amazed by the iSpring features after the first try. I prepared comprehensive training in PowerPoint, but I did not know how to share it with my students without the fear that my knowledge would be abused.
ISpring Suite gave me all the features that I expected. What I like the most?
- Converting PPT to HTML, including all animations, transitions, etc.
- Text-to-voice feature, where all PPT notes should be converted into hundreds of languages and voices
- Embed option - I can embed to Powerpoint the third party codes and iSpring would play it
- Extensive protection. I appreciate the most white-label domains, which means that my HTML PowerPoint could be previewed only from dedicated websites
- Possibility to download the code and run it from my own servers
- Excellent customer support. They helped me even on Sunday night, which I really did not expect
- Possibility to edit the player, change the theme etc..
- Export files in different formats, enabling easy communication with other LMS platforms
- Easy switch the work from one computer to another
- ...
iSpring Suite is worth any penny spent...

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Games option is embeded in clear background, could not be place into customized background

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Protection of my PowerPoint training content

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Gabo, we're glad to hear that iSpring Suite has been able to meet your expectations and provide the protection you need for your training content.
Thank you for your detailed feedback!
I'll as well check and pass to development team your insight on games option, thank's for that. You help us improve.

I created a course twice, and it made course creation simple yet professional. I would recommend it for educators and trainers as it is reliable, versatile, and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

It is a bit expensive for freelancers, and also, some more interactivity could be included in its features.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me create an engaging elearning module .

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Ease of use. I can take already created content and make it more interactive, interesting, and engaging for our users.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Each file is saved in several folders; you have to really work to find what you need if you are creating a scorm file that you will put in another LMS platform.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is basically allowing me to provide knowledge checks so that I can measure if my employees are completing their trainings.

 ### 50. Excellent and very simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beate W. | IT Management Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite is ideally suited for quickly creating very attractive eLearning modules. Either as a short video module or as an interactive course. You can easily integrate avatars, nice backgrounds and voices for a great design and best experience. The personal design options for customizing the avatars are particularly practical.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

the voice quality of the german speakers did not satisfy us

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consulting company we use iSpring Suite to create courses for clients. iSpring Suite is great for beginners and experts were already familiar with PowerPoint. Special focus is placed on fast production with effective results. It is also very important that there are automatically generated subtitles in order to offer ever better accessible content.
