There is a need to thoroughly test everything before launching and in occasional moments of demand. **What do you dislike about iSpring Presenter?** Compared to presentation software iSpring Presenter lacks customization options and templates. The limited design choices make the presentations appear generic and uninspiring. **What problems is iSpring Presenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer support from iSpring is slow to respond and unresponsive at times which is frustrating when facing issues or seeking assistance.
