"User-Friendly Platform with Effortless Course Creation and PowerPoint Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for beginners. Course creation is straightforward, and the integration with PowerPoint makes it especially convenient. The reporting and tracking features are clear and helpful for monitoring learner progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

Some customization options are limited, especially when it comes to design and branding. Managing large amounts of content can sometimes feel a bit rigid, and certain advanced features require additional setup or are not as flexible as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring LMS

Hi Sintija,

Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts!

We’re glad to hear that the platform’s user-friendly interface, PowerPoint integration, and reporting features are helping you create and track courses with ease. It’s wonderful to know that iSpring LMS is making training more efficient, consistent, and easier to manage across your organization.

We also value your feedback on customization and content management, as it helps us understand where we can continue improving. Could you share a bit more about your experience? For example:

- Which design or branding options would you like to see added or made more flexible?

- Are there specific situations where managing large amounts of content feels rigid?

- Which advanced features required extra setup, and how could we make them easier or more intuitive for you?

Your insights would be incredibly helpful as we work to make iSpring LMS even better.

We value your trust in iSpring and wish you continued success with your learning initiatives. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any support!

"Feature-Rich LMS with a Simple, Easy-to-Learn Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I love that the LMS offers a lot of functionality, while also having a user interface that's simple and easy to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

My only qualm is that SCORM imports open in a separate browser tab - which I shared with the support team, who are reviewing to potentially change that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring LMS

Hi Alex,

We’re so glad to hear that iSpring LMS feels both easy to use and full of the functionality you need. It’s also great to know the Entra ID integration is working smoothly and helping take the manual work off your plate.

And thank you for mentioning the SCORM tab behavior, and for already raising it with our support team. Feedback like yours genuinely helps us make the product better.

If you ever have more thoughts or questions, we’re always here and happy to help. Thank you for your time and trust, Alex. We really value your feedback.

"Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

The simplicity. iSpring LMS is easy to set up, easy to manage, and easy for learners to use. You can upload courses, assign training, track completion, and generate reports without needing technical knowledge or ongoing admin overhead. It just works, which is exactly what you want from an LMS. The reporting and compliance tracking is the most helpful. Being able to clearly see who has completed training, who is overdue, and export evidence for audits or management reviews is extremely helpful. The SCORM compatibility and integration with iSpring Suite also make course deployment fast and reliable. We use ispring LMS on a daily basis.

The upsides of ispring LMS are: Fast implementation with minimal setup, Intuitive admin and learner interface, Strong SCORM support and assessments, Clear, practical reporting for compliance, Reliable performance and good customer support and good value for money compared to more complex LMS platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

Customisation is more limited compared to some larger enterprise LMS platforms. While the interface is clear and easy to use, there are fewer options to tailor the look and feel or fully personalise the learner journey. For most use cases this isn’t an issue, but organisations wanting extensive customisation may notice the limitations.

The downsides are: Branding and interface customisation options are fairly basic, advanced automation and personalisation features are limited. More suited to structured and compliance-focused training than complex learning ecosystems. Overall, these are reasonable trade-offs for a platform that prioritises simplicity, reliability, and ease of management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly LMS That Empowers Admins and Learners Alike"
4.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

We transitioned from a previous LMS that was clunky, difficult to use, and not very user-friendly. After trialing several different products, we chose iSpring because it offered the most user-friendly interface for the price. Our learners are franchisees rather than employees, which presented some unique challenges during the switch to a new LMS. Fortunately, iSpring was able to accommodate all of these needs.

We appreciate how straightforward the platform is, both for learners and administrators. One of the features that impressed us most is the ability to make most changes and edits ourselves, without having to rely on a development team.

We also value the flexibility of options like learning tracks and courses, which can be tailored to meet a variety of needs. The knowledge base feature has been especially useful, allowing us to store and manage access for different regions, countries, and departments around the world.

Additionally, we use the LMS alongside iSpring Suite Max, which has significantly enhanced our eLearning content creation. Since it is based on PowerPoint, it requires minimal training to start developing effective courses.

We use the "on the job training" feature heavily, this provides us with a really easy way to mark trainees assessments and practical skills while ensuring a consistent and fair approach to marking guidelines.

The implementation period was very well managed from iSpring team, their knowledge and help throughout the process was invaluable and we were able to get the platform up and running in a very short amount of time. We have constant assistance from our customer team whilst integrating things like Microsoft and the huge data import of users and stats from our old platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

The only drawback we've encountered is integrating our virtual trainings with the platform. This challenge may actually stem from Microsoft, but when we use the platform for virtual sessions, we can't achieve full integration with our Microsoft environment. The main problem arises when we create a virtual session in iSpring and invite our entire network of over 1,000 users. Each time a new learner is added to the session, the system automatically resends the invitation to everyone in the network, which causes chaos in people's inboxes. In Microsoft, you can typically choose to update only new or added invitees, but with this integration, that option doesn't seem to be available, it just sends updates to all invitees by default. The iSpring team has been very helpful in trying to resolve this, but it ultimately appears to be a Microsoft issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iSpring Learn is super easy to use and provides a nice user experience of all user types - from an Admin to Instructor, to Learner, the iSpring platform provides an attractive and simple way to educate and learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

There are still some bug fixes, tweaks, and enhancements that could significantly add even more value. But support is responsive and open to recommendations so I trust over time this will happen. We would like 'some' ability to customize some features to match the uniqueness of our organization. Hoping that will come in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Onboarding, Solid Mobile Access, and Fair Active-User Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

Strong onboarding support and a straightforward implementation process. The mobile experience is solid, and having offline access is a real plus. Pricing is based on active users rather than the total number of registered users, which feels fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

I don’t have any major dislikes. Some default parameter setup is missing—for example, the reminder clock time should update each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring LMS

Hi Juris,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback!

We’re glad to hear that the onboarding support, mobile experience, and fair pricing are helping you get the most out of iSpring LMS. It’s also great to know the platform is supporting your e-learning, compliance certification, vendor training, and internal communications effectively.

We appreciate your note about default parameter setup. Could you share a bit more about which reminders or settings you’d like to see update automatically? Your insights are very valuable as we strive to make the platform as convenient and user-friendly as possible.

Thank you again for your time and trust. We’re happy to have you in the iSpring community and wish you continued success and positive results with your training initiatives!

"Seamless Onboarding and Outstanding Support with iSpring LMS"
4.5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

iSpring LMS has been a really solid tool for us when it comes to setting up and organizing our onboarding training. The fact that we can easily pull reports, create newsletters, plan development paths, and even run 360-degree evaluations makes the whole experience much more impactful.

What I appreciate the most, though, is their customer support — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

Sometimes I find it difficult to understand certain features on the platform, such as checklists and its integration. For example, the on-the-job training feature currently does not provide much value for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Daria Sagde of iSpring LMS

Ruchi, thank you for your kind words about our stellar support team. I’m glad to hear that our product has proven itself as a seamless onboarding tool. Have you considered expanding learning scenarios by adding experienced employees to learning tracks? You can target high-skill modules for experienced employees to deepen expertise in their current roles or prepare for next-level responsibilities, resulting in a shorter time-to-proficiency for senior tasks and higher employee retention. Alternatively, design a program for experienced employees to upskill in data-driven decision making, analytics literacy, and practical use of automation tools relevant to their domain. Targeting measurable ROI from automation projects, factoring time saved and error reductions.

Ruchi, what if we arrange a session with your personal account manager? Alongside with additional scenarios, I'd suggest you touch upon our branded On-job Training module as well. It's unique in that it allows you to integrate real work tasks with targeted learning in the moment, ensuring employees acquire the exact skills they need while they perform their daily duties and immediately apply new knowledge to drive tangible business outcomes. It’s already included in your package, and at no additional cost you can outline improvement areas through the end of the year.

"Dynamic Course Builder but Steep Setup Process"
4/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I really like the course builder in iSpring LMS because it's dynamic. It allows you to build different versions of courses and introduce different techniques like carousels or quizzes, as well as larger comprehension blocks of text. I think all of that aids in developing a dynamic course that helps drive knowledge retention up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

The admin navigation in iSpring LMS is a bit unintuitive. It takes a while to get used to where everything is and to know what buttons to click and when to click them. Also, the initial setup is labor-intensive, requiring a fair amount of effort and resources to build out all the courses. However, once it is set up, it becomes easier to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanya Davis of iSpring LMS

Hi!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with iSpring LMS.

We’re really glad to hear that the course builder is helping you create more engaging training. It’s great to know that features like quizzes, carousels, and detailed learning sections are helping your team make learning more effective and easier to retain.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the admin navigation and the setup process. Building courses and setting up an LMS from scratch can definitely take time and effort, especially at the beginning. We’re glad to hear that things become easier to manage once everything is in place, and we’ll be sure to share your comments with our product team.

And if you ever need assistance, please feel free to contact our support team at support@ispring.com. They’re available 24/7 and always happy to help.

It’s especially nice to know that iSpring LMS is helping you keep training consistent, track knowledge retention, and maintain clear training records. We’re happy to know the platform is supporting your team in these important areas.

Thanks again for your thoughtful review, and we wish you continued success with your learning programs!
