There are so many different ways to use it, we use it for the traditional e-learning courses and the management of training. But we also use it as a replacement to company wide emails. Being able to track if communication reached everyone is extremely helpful when rolling out changes! **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** iSpring can be a bit redundant when you have both ispring suite and ispring learn. I create the courses and want to set all of the rules within the course, but I can only do some of it from within ispring suite, and have to also do it when publishing the course in ispring learn. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not have an LMS prior to purchasing iSpring. All training was done live and all training was being manually tracked by myself. Having the ability to train more people in less time is allowing me to find more time to coach employees who need some extra attention, as well as create more continueing learning opportunities for leaders and employees! ### 2. All of them do the basics well enough, but iSpring has the bonus of the Knowledge Base and a handful of other handy tools that I didn't see advertised. A news/announcements feature, employeed reivew and coaching tool, org chart that doubles as a company directory. Plus a solid mobile app to boot. Support has been solid, documentation has been solid, and setup has been pretty simple. Lots of good tools for a reasonable price. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** A couple other tools I looked into had useful features, like the ability to assign courses to owners for periodic review. It also hasn't been as easy as I expected to see update dates on the KB. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched over from Moodle, which is open-sourced and self-hosted. That presented a dozen rather large challenges for us. Notification emails weren't being sent, enrollment was a nightmare, checking student/learner progress was almost impossibe. Those haven't been a problem since we switched. ### 3. It is simple and intuitive in design and makes keeping track of 110+ Employees and all of their training a lot easier to manage. Also love the addition of the 360 Appraisal. That's the next part we are planning on implementing! **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** I can't find a good way for employees to fill out forms and sign off on documents. We currently use Docusign, but it would be the perfect setup if we could have something like that integrated into the program. I've tried a few options with quizzes and knowledge checks, but it isn't perfect and would confuse the employees. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** ISpring has allowed us to give the same training to every single employee and is graded automatically. The implementation is very fast, in a few minutes you already have a platform ready to use with the colors and logo of our organization. It also has quite robust support, 24/7, which can be contacted through various channels. And it is easy to integrate with other external systems such as video conferencing, CRM, catalog course platforms, etc. It has frequent updates, both minor and updates that add some major function. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** That cannot be customized at a deeper level, for example, the layout cannot be modified, although it is understood that said customization is sacrificed for the sake of a more intuitive interface. Between gamification, reports, user management, learning material storage and organization, and creating learning tracks for various departments, iSpring learn has changed the path for our organization - and just in time for expansion. This will be an invaluable tool for our growth. My favorite feature is the easy and fast creation of lesson pages right from the online portal for both macro and micro learning. The drag and drop functionality paired with the sleak and visually appealing UI is wonderful. Integrating new trainings into our onboarding and recurrent training processes is now easier than ever. The Account Executive and Customer Support team have been invaluable in the implementation process. They are incredible friendly, quick at replies, and extremely helpful every step of the way. I would have to create my own spreadsheet, input scores, times, incorrect answers, and then generate equations to try to make it go quicker (it still took tons of time). iSpring Learn was designed to do everything I was doing automatically for me.
