I like that isolved is super easy to use and manage. It hosts a lot of information and centralizes all HR and finance needs in one clean, organized platform. I particularly value having the manager view to see all my team's time off requests and approvals, and being able to access all the pay stubs, insurance, and financial documents for tax filings in one place. The customer service is horrible - they are not urgent about anything, and they miss obvious steps that later cause issues. They frequently 'forget' to do things which have a trickle effect. The initial setup was pretty time-consuming; there was a lot I had to do versus their team handling it. There was a lot of manual work instead of automated processes.
