The best part about isolved is that employees can enter their own time, and managers can approve it. This reduces the time H.R. spends reviewing the timecards. The fact that there are so many other options, but we are unaware of them. I only find out about them when I call support with a problem and am told that I do not have access to that. For example, we offer two floating holidays and would like to print a list of all employees that includes their floating holiday balances and whether they have used them. Additionally, during our annual reviews, we experienced a syncing issue with the ‘employee supervision’ field, which required us to call several times for assistance.
