"Revolutionized Our HR Processes, Stellar Support"

What do you like best about isolved?

I use isolved as our entire HRIS for our company, from when employees fill out their application to their termination or retirement process. I find it really helpful to electronically complete and store all our employee files, as well as manage payroll and benefit enrollment. It saves us so much time versus doing it manually. I like that isolved is always quick to assist and streamline any of our processes and offer solutions, even when we think there might not be one. I also appreciate their great customer service. We have monthly calls with our customer service rep to go through different parts of the system and get updates or ideas for streamlining our processes as we walk through how we use the system today. I value the way they provide solutions quickly and how they are always ready to help with anything taking more time than it should.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Reporting features could be a little bit better. There are a ton of reporting options available, maybe too many. Some of the reports we only use once a year, so to remember which ones we need to run is sometimes a challenge. We also have to manually merge some of the information on different reports to get what we need. If we could customize the reports that would save a lot of time.

What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use isolved as our HRIS to complete and store employee files electronically, handle payroll, and enroll in benefits, saving us a lot of time compared to doing these tasks manually.

"Amazing Customer Support"

What do you like best about isolved?

My organization has been with Isolved for more than a year. I love their Share & Perform module. I needed some support and one of the reps (Dee Dee) assisted me in resolving an issue. She tried to assist me via email and when that did not work she was available to schedule a virtual meeting with me and my issue was resolved in minutes. I am still new to the module and Dee Dee went above and beyond to explain the process in depth. It truly helped that Dee Dee was available as I was experiencing continued delays with setting up my new performance evaluation cycle.

What do you dislike about isolved?

I have gotten familiar with most processes and do not have anything to add at the moment.

What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the Isolved platform is user-friendly for the most part. Isolved is helping me and my team track personal information on our employees and making sure the necessary policies and other state and federal mandates are followed.

"Great Customer Support"

What do you like best about isolved?

Their customer support is consistently the best. Helpful, knowledgable and a live person in my timezone always answers the phone in less than 2 minutes. I access Isolved multiple times daily, and utilize most of its features. When we add a new feature, their implementation team is always top notch. very thorough and complete.

What do you dislike about isolved?

It is not always the most intuitive, and employees need to be trained on how to use the app correctly.

What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lean HR team for a company of 500 employees. Giving the employee access to manage their timecards and payroll data enables us to maintain efficiency.

"isolved has been of the most intuitive HRIS systems!"

What do you like best about isolved?

isolved offers a variety of services that allows the Human Resources and Risk Management to flow within my industry daily. We utilize isolved for all of our onboarding and hiring needs, Workers Compensation tracking, employee relations documentation i.e. service infractions etc. Our managers utilize isolved daily to schedule employees as well. It has been very helpful to have 1 platform that helps workflow processes.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Some employees do run into difficulties with password creating and resetting on various platforms including Adaptive view and Applicant Tracking. With that said customer support is typically very quick at rectifying the issue via phone call and email. Many times I have been connected with a representivie in a couple hours or less that allows an email chain between myself and the managers to help troubleshoot the issues on hand.

What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have worked for companies before that use a variety of platforms for different needs including employee documentation, scheduling, payroll set up etc. isolved has solved this problem through its streamlined approach. It is now a one place stop for managers and members of the HR team to see a comprehensive view of all current employees and potential candidates. I enjoy the AEE experience to allow our employees to take control of things such as benefit enrollement, address/direct deposit updates etc.

"Supportive HR and Payroll Solution for Our Non-profit"

What do you like best about isolved?

Bringing isolved on as our payroll and HR solution was one of the best decisions we made as a mid-sized non-profit. The platform is easy to implement and use, and the customer support is available to assist and guide us when we are in need. We use the payroll solution on a daily basis and are able to run all the reports we need and process payroll in minutes. isolved has fit seamlessly into our daily functions. The HR support we receive is like having a dedicated HR department on-site. The services are professional and all-encompassing. We are a better run organization because of isolved.

What do you dislike about isolved?

I wish there was more ability for admins to make updates/changes on the backend of the payroll solution. It is sometimes a bother to have to reach out to customer support for a minor edit to a field. Luckily customer support is always ready and willing to promptly assist when I need an update.

What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do not have an HR department or even a HR staff member in our organization. isolved fills that role for us. With the payroll system and time and attendance system we have saved so much time and avoided so many errors in payroll processing.

"BEST PAYROLL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD YET!"

What do you like best about isolved?

It is easy to implement and customize.

Online time cards and employee adaptive experience is great.

Payroll process and online onboarding for new employees is simple to use and makes data entry easier.

What do you dislike about isolved?

There isn't much i dislike about this platform.Sometimes AI is inaccurate but am getting used to using it.Overall,this tool still remains beign the best and works really well.

What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me to punch in and out from computer,submit time-off requests from the computer,view the time off requests and hours left.

Am able to have all information about my hours and vacation at my fingertips instead of going to ask HR.

I love that i can see all my changes in real time,view everything that will process before it processes and this allows me to catch up any errors ahead of sending the file.

Isolved also helps us to approve compensation requests that our employees submit and then commit them to be paid.

What do you like best about isolved?

I have had wonderful experiences using isolved! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I have enjoyed working with Jess Moquin. She is very professional and knowlegeble! I am happy she received a promotion as she certainly deserves it. I will truely miss her! I wish her all te best!

There are no downsides or dislikes for me!

"isolved: Simply the best payroll company in service and ease of use."

What do you like best about isolved?

Their support is always quickly responsive, competent, and client-experience-focused. With isolved I have no stress regarding payroll whatsoever.

What do you dislike about isolved?

I have not found a single thing that I dislike.

We are a small business. I had no experience in payroll. isolved's personal support, online interface, and education have serviced our organization with ease and excellence.

"Powerful HR System!"

What do you like best about isolved?

The software is very user-friendly and has increased employee retention efforts—everything from onboarding new employees to managing current employee records to processing payroll. I also appreciate that they are continuously making updates and improvements without interruption to the current process. Customer support is always super helpful and quick to respond and they have a very intuitive software system training system called iSolved University.

What do you dislike about isolved?

The only downfall I have experienced is that their customer care team could be more proactive in helping clients make the most of the system. I attended their annual conference and it was just then I realized there is much more to the system that no one ever told me about.
