**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

The system's flexibility is a significant advantage. PNI*HCM allows us to customize our payroll settings to fit our company’s specific needs, including different pay schedules, tax requirements, and benefits management. This has reduced our time managing these tasks, allowing us more bandwidth for strategic initiatives.

I also appreciate the robust reporting functionalities that are available. Generating detailed reports on payroll, employee statistics, and compliance has been invaluable for our quarterly reviews. The data can be exported easily, which is a tremendous help when sharing insights with management.

Additionally, the customer support offered has been a highlight. Whenever we've faced issues or had questions, the support team has been responsive and knowledgeable, guiding us through troubleshooting effectively.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

The downside to the system is the vast number of possibilities, which means more work for me. LOL!! The system implementation could have gone smoother, but the Customer Service Specialist far made up for the glitches during installment.

**What problems is isolved by PNI•HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are just a year into installing iSolve with PNI*HCM and customizing the system as we learn and grow is the primary focus. The teams at PNI*HCM are responsive and knowledgeable. If the person you're speaking with doesn't know the answer, they'll find someone who is the expert!

**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

From the very beginning of our transition away from our previous payroll provider, the team at PNI HCM was top notch.  They had a dedicated team to help me with every step of the transition.  I liked this because I got to know those individuals and they got to know me and understand our business.  Every member of the transition team was very responsive and quick to get back to me when I had a question.  They were also quick to provide solutions for any problems.  I really like that I have developed a relationship with indiviuals at PNI HCM.  This is differnet from my experience with previous payroll providers.  I am still learning the isolved platform, but so far, I am very pleased with its function and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

I wish I could choose how long I stay signed in before it kicks me out and makes me log back in.  Having two "looks" (Classic and AEE) causes some extra work because as the Administrator, I have to answer questions/train people in both views.

**What problems is isolved by PNI•HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSolved is allowing me to have multiple functions in ONE platform vs. having separate platforms for different functions (i.e. Payroll, Benefits enrollment, Performance Management, Onboarding new hires, Learning & Development, etc).

I operate a small business and love that PNI-HCM is always available to help when we have questions or need new reports.

I don't have a dislike for PNI-HCM but I need to fill the space.

We thought of handling payroll internally, but training staff on the requirements in the states we do business seemed wasteful. It's an Easy Button, using PNI-HCM

I do not like anything about pni hcm. everything on the back end of the system is wrong on a weekly basis

everything. every week something on the back end of the system is wrong

every week there is something wrong on the back end of this system. If I didn't constantly call or email them to fix it it would be serious complications. also our w-2s are wrong. every single one of them

**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

As an HR dept of one, PNI is always at the ready when I need them. That includes not only assistance with the iSolved platform with their excellent customer support but the many trainings they offer. If they offer a training, I sign up for it. They are incredibly valuable and relevant. If an email comes out from the IRS, DOL, EEOC etc., about changes to reporting, PNI will have a training taking users through the steps of how to easily access or build the necessary reports out of iSolved. They turn the trainings around quickly and have never failed in the five years we have been with them to ensure we are reporting efficiently and accurately. Working with PNI began with ease of integration and implementation of the iSolved platform and has grown into a easy, reliable working relationship for all things payroll and HR. I am grateful my boss made the change to PNI in 2018.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

That they don't work in the office next mine. Granted, with virtual meetings and training sessions, it does feel like they are at times. I have come to know so many of the PNI staff and genuinely enjoy working with them.

**What problems is isolved by PNI•HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PNI HCM is quickly adapting to employees no longer owning personal computers and needing quick access to their accounts in their off hours. They added the Adaptive Experience which greatly helped staff log in via their tablets and phones. Our staff are very much looking forward to the app.

I had experience using numerous payroll platforms so this was easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

I didn't like that I had to request everything from iSolved instead of being able to enter pay codes myself. I did not feel the system was as user friendly as it could have been. I struggled to find online training.

I asked for training and was given a link to a website that wasn't very user friendly.

**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

You can't ask for a friendlier and caring customer service support team.  My HR Advisor is someone who I can rely on with her expertise, quick to respond, and her professionally caring service.   Included in what I like best is the full PNI*HCM platform.  It's easy to use from the ATS to the onboarding platform and benefit services.  I can't say enough about PNI*HCM.   Great company.  Great people.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

I had a bit of a hiccup in using the performance review site but was able to work through it timely with the help of customer service.   At that time, there was not enough knowledgable reps but I believe PNI*HCM has addressed that issue.

**What problems is isolved by PNI•HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using the iSolved platform, it benefits the HR team's efficiencies through the use of the ATS with the many ways to sort and filter candidates, to sending the hiring forms with the electronic signature capability, and the ease of flow to onboarding including the I9, new hire documents and the effortless flow to benefit elections into our payroll for processing.

**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

Payroll Network is the first payroll software that our company has ever had that handles all of the many state taxes we have to track. With Payroll Network, we've never gotten a delinquency notice or n incorrect amount paid on our taxes, which is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with any questions or needs. Also, their ability to streamline employee onboarding, applicant tracking, and allowing for system integrations so that Payroll Networks system talks to our other systems saves our staff so much time and makes processes much more efficient. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

None that I've found so far. Everthing is great!

**What problems is isolved by PNI•HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking care of all the various state taxes is the most beneficial.

As a company that has a complex payroll with multicycle, multistate, and multiple FEINs, PNI has been a huge game changer to our process. Cathy has been able to provide much-needed support to our team and streamline our processes. She always provides timely support and is very knowledgable about the software and regulations.

We have no negative comments about PNI. Anytime we need support, it is readily available to us!

iSolved is processing our complex payroll, managing our EE data, and benefits administration platform.

**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

What I like best about iSolved  is that the system is user friendly. It can integate with Unanet, our accouting system which can streamline our operations and save time.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

Tax issues can take a while to solve. 
Need to provide training video or basic instructions for customized reports. 
The downside is also the pricing. It has been increasing over the year.

Custmer Support team is helpful and knowledgable and always albe to solved all of our issues.

They have great knowledge of the software and regulations. Support is always quick to respond.

Nothing really negative. It just took me a while to get used to not having a direct relationship with the software vendor.

We use the ATS, onboarding, e-verify and carrier feed modules. With everything being electronic, it's really helped speed up onboarding. Since all our restaurants are remote, it allows the employees have access to all their records whenever they need them.

**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

I have enjoyed everything about our switch to iSolved! We implemented a competitor software 9 months prior, and everything about it did not go well. Our PNI team listened to our challenges, worked hard to create a custom solution to some of our unique challenges, supplied stellar communication throughout the implementation process and provided top notch customer service.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

We use a fair amount of subcontract labor, and the software could meet our needs better for 1099-NEC purposes.

**What problems is isolved by PNI•HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had multiple platforms, and PNI allowed us to consolidate.

it user friendly. it robust, but once you get used to navigating it features, it get easier. you can use it as an Employer as well as an employee. Payroll process is top notch;

there is nothing to dislike about iSolved system. whenever I come accross obstacles/issues, I find myself surrounded with help support from iSolved team. Shout out to Stacey Turocy.

Admin users account registration; timecards punching/edit/add hours; Work locations; Organization levels and restrictions; Individual time entry templates, it makes it easier for entering EE data.

This payroll system is user-friendly with simple daily task completion and a single password login to access necessary features. It ranks midgrade compared to others.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

It seems that tasks require contacting them frequently due to access level restrictions. It would be highly advantageous to grant administrator users unrestricted access.

It allows us to process payroll. We had some previous communication issues with our previous payroll partner company, but we have maintained performance levels.

We've been a partner with Payroll Network since 2013 and have seen the company grow and evolve in leaps and bounds over the last 10 years! Their customer service has been a life savior, it's comforting to know that when you call or submit a ticket, someone always gets back to you quickly!

Nothing comes to mind, all of the staff have been helpful.

We have had a very positive experience working with HR Advisor. Kim and Susan are professional, responsive, and they understand our business. We have received tailored guidance on various HR topics from hiring to compliance. They have been especially helpful during the Covid pandemic, helping us manage our workforce safely and effectively.  We highly recommend them to anyone who needs to outsource their HR needs.

There is nothing to dislike. We are pleased with the service.

Not very intuitive  some strange nuances with HSA. Would like to be able to toggle between personal and admin account.

**What do you like best about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

When I was a small business CEO, I used isolved for 2 years and the technology was straightforward and easy to use. We used the full suite and never had an issue with integrations to 401k and benefits, which made the administration simple on my end and I rarely needed to contact support.

**What do you dislike about isolved by PNI•HCM?**

The old interface felt a bit outdated, but that was recently upgraded for the employee user experience and we had very good feedback internally from all of our employees.

**What problems is isolved by PNI•HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

isolved HCM helped us eliminate needing separate systems for time keeping, payroll, HR management, benefits administration, and 401k. When we signed up, we immediately saved time by having everything in one system.
