By far the best aspect is the amount of time you save with the amount of information that ISMS Online autopopulates for you. You save 80-90% of the time you would have spent. The more nuanced your business, the less the templates will work for you, but most businesses will see significant time savings with it. Plus, the way it is setup means it can be used to fill even small gaps in days when you've dead time, making it efficient, so we use it almost daily in the setup. Nothing stands out as being particularly bad. There are some annoyances around the amount you need to confirm changes, which is understandable, but its a lot of mouse clicks. And you could get lost trying to link all the relevant documents and policies all together. But these pale in comparison to the time you save using their templates and structure.
