The system itself really has done a lot of the work for you and I am confident that it has helped us to become compliant in areas in which our customers have asked us to improve. The system itself is very logical and easy to use and I like the percentage work done so that you can also see how much more work you need to do. There are many links to other areas of the system, which is good but potentially sometimes makes it more complicated than it needs to be and is quite clearly designed to bind you into the system long term!
