I use ISMS.online for the structured introduction and implementation of ISO 27001 in our company. It primarily solves the problem of lacking structure and transparency in the ISO 27001 introduction. The biggest advantage is the clear guidance through the standard requirements, which saves a significant amount of time and makes audit preparation possible with a small team. ISO 27001 being a very defined standard with prescriptive requirements is very well documented with templates and requirements. ISO 9001 is effectively just a blank slate - we wouldn't have bought the service if we only wanted 9k, it doesn't offer enough.
