I found the support from the team to also be spot on, where they were able to provide assistance when required, but werent pushy as can happen with some services. In our old system this was far more difficult to manage. It also makes it easier to delegate tasks to other people. We were also able to integrate to our SSO system which was a bonus as it saved having to set up all new accounts for staff. **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** The biggest issue I have at the moment is that if someone is editing a policy you can't tell so if two people work on the same policy at the same time they can accidentally overwrite changes.
