ISMS.Online breaks down the regulation into each separate requirement and you are able to add what you do to satisfy the requirement and attach any policies or documents to the requirement. When an auditor comes in it allows you to show what you are doing for each requirements. Our auditors have loved how organized we are and say that they are going to recommend ISMS.Online to their other customers. We also utilize ISMS.Online for our ISMS, using the tool to track CAPA's, Incidents, Security risks, etc. We also utilize ISMS.Online for our weekly ISMS meetings and quarterly management reviews. ISMS.Online also has a great risk management section for tracking and reviewing risks. **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** Each regulation is a seperate module and the modules do not share data. We upgraded from ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022 and had to update all the data. The company did help with the initial import of data, but I have been told that if we purchased the HIPAA module, it would not share data with the ISO modules. **What problems is ISMS.online solving and how is that benefiting you?** ISMS.online helps with maintaining regulatory compliance and helps in making audits more organized. Our auditors have commented on how much they like ISMS.Online and how we are utilizing it. I liked the way clauses and controls were split into importance through the phases of following the ARM. Luckily the tool was descriptive enough for me to interpret that I was migrating from the old system and updating to the new version, rather than starting from scratch. It had clarity. My experience with the IO platform, and the people working at ISMS has all been very positive. We bought the tool to help the business transition to the ISO 27001 v2022, have a Spanish version (we have an office in Colombia) and long term plan of rolling out SOC 2 as well. I really appreciated having the 'Legacy (v2013) controls and mapping' section because it did take a while for my head to get around and migrate away from v2013 to v2022. I used this section a lot. This obviously will become obsolete in time for new users to the standard, but it was extremely helpful to be able to use it. Overall I am really happy with the tool and appreciate that most of the hardwork has been taken out of such a boring subject, haha! **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** Very little to dislike about the tool, but some wording I did not find intuitive like clusters or project (.i.e. referencing to the ISO 27001 as a whole) because in my head project means something else. But I can see you have some UI changes coming and this has been addressed, and I did notice though some of the help section graphics must have been from a previous version of the tool because not all of it married up to the live version. **What problems is ISMS.online solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before ISMS arrived, I used a manual framework that worked well for small our scale needs, but transitioning to the new version was proving challenging. The ISMS tool made the transition exceptionally easy and straightforward, removing significant pain points.
