Kalvo is an AI receptionist for small businesses. It answers your phone in your business name around the clock, responds to questions from a knowledge base your team updates in plain language, books and reschedules appointments while the caller is on the line, takes messages, and transfers urgent calls to a person under rules you set. The same knowledge base also powers a website chat widget and email replies, so every channel gives the same answers and every conversation lands in one inbox. You keep your existing phone number: point it at Kalvo or set a divert so it only picks up the calls you miss. An approval mode drafts replies and waits for your one-tap sign-off before anything sends. Setup takes minutes: Kalvo learns from your website and a short set of questions. Plans are flat monthly prices from £49 for 100 call minutes, with no per-call charges inside the plan. Built for dental practices, trades, salons, veterinary and physiotherapy clinics, and other appointment-driven businesses.
