It’s not really a dislike, but I do wish it offered a way to access the backend. For example, being able to get to the task manager or view the processes that are running without having to take control of the screen. I like the simplicity of its interface and the different connection possibilities it offers. The remote control is quite smooth and you can also modify whether to prioritize visual quality or fluidity. ISL is a very easy to use remote software. My favorite thing is the Custom Deployment Link. You can customize the link you send so that even the least tech savvy can just open the file and you have access. This link even allows it to be put into groups so that you do not have to go back into the portal later to organize. Another feature I really like is saving links to my desktop. I just name a link that I frequently use like Accounting Desk 1. I can just double click that shortcut to access. I do not have to log into ISL and find it in my lists of computers. It has every feature you could want in a remote desktop support tool. It is also far below the cost of the competition so it is a win win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing you could consider a downside in my opinion is you download a shortcut for each remote desktop you are accessing. This could be annoying if they are not frequent you just end up deleting these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
