I use it to help my customers on Windows, Apple, and Android. It’s safe, fast, and reliable. I can also connect with an agent to control servers or workstations, with access protected by a password. I even use it on my phone to connect to customers; it’s not always easy, but it’s doable. It’s my main remote support tool.
I tried AnyDesk, but it’s not for me—I read that it’s too easy to hack. TeamViewer is too expensive. With ISL Online, I install it, log in, and use it. Simple and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I’m on my phone, controlling the other device is somewhat difficult. Also, when you’re supporting an iPhone, many people don’t know how to grant access, which makes it harder to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
