For example, being able to get to the task manager or view the processes that are running without having to take control of the screen. ISL is a very easy to use remote software. My favorite thing is the Custom Deployment Link. You can customize the link you send so that even the least tech savvy can just open the file and you have access. This link even allows it to be put into groups so that you do not have to go back into the portal later to organize. Another feature I really like is saving links to my desktop. I just name a link that I frequently use like Accounting Desk 1. I can just double click that shortcut to access. I do not have to log into ISL and find it in my lists of computers.
