What do you like best?

The support is fast, they answer fast to a question or ticket. Also the feedback is good to the local distribitutor if you have questions or complaints about a feature. They are proactively keep the chain of communication in the right order in favor of the customer.

Also they are flexible with the pre-paid minutes if you upgrade you can keep the minutes as a loyal customer, that is a nice gesture too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really,

sometimes it would be nice to have a limited time for an extra license if you need to watch 2 screens on 2 different clients at once.

(like a monthly debit of 30 minutes so you can save your time if you don't use it. If by any change you need to temporarily have access to 2 screens for 2 or 3 hours a year, you don't pay seperate for an coupon of 500 minutes) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

ISL is een prachtig pakket om op afstand computers en servers over te nemen. Dit kan zonder tussenkomst van de gebruiker met ISL Allways On (kleine plugin op het apparaat) of dat ik een gebruiker uitnodig om mij mee te laten kijken. Desgewenst kan ik alle acties zelf uitvoeren en de gebruiker kijkt met mij mee. Bij vaste klanten heb ik ISL ingedeeld in groepen en de computers voorzien van ISL Allways On. Als een gebruiker belt om hulp, dan hoeft deze zelf niets te doen. Ik neem, na toestemming, direct zijn computer over om hulp te bieden.

Verleden jaar heb ik zelfs een klant tijdens mijn vakantie met behulp van mijn mobiele telefoon kunnen helpen met het oplossen van een probleem. Ondanks dat mijn scherm dan natuurlijk niet erg groot is, kon ik de klant instructies geven wat te doen. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

This remote control software allows us to control our machines in such a way that software that won't run in a terminal services session actually works in an ISLonline session.

What do you like best?

It's a product that simply works, the connection never fails and it is able to connect to practically anything. it's very easy to use for the clients as they only need to click a few buttons. It has top security and even extensive customization options so that the clients immediately recognize our brand and get a better feeling about allowing access. I love it as I can also use it for myself and access my computer at home when needed. I also appreciate quick support of the ISL Online team if needed, even on weekends and national holidays. The use of ISL Light has made my life much easier and has gained my business more happy clients who I'm sure stay also because of the excellent service and support. What do you dislike?

It's not the cheapest but I do appreciate their very straightforward pricing. The beginning was a bit uneasy with all the features which can feel a bit too much when you just start to use the product. It's a great piece of software with many features which require some time to get acquainted with. It connects practically to anything so the operating system you and your clients use doesn't play a big role. Plus it offers different ways to connect and you can choose the easiest for your clients. When in a remote desktop support session, you can also invite another technician or supporter to the same session. It has many features for remote support of clients and access of unattended computers so that your work will be really simplified. First try their 2-week free trial and see if the software works for your business as well. Make sure to try ISL Light with customization as well so that you get an idea of how your clients will accept the new support service. You can add your logo very easily. Helping our clients remotely particularly technical problems with registering for our tours. It allows us to solve more than 90% of tech problems remotely without any other intervention. What do you like best?

I work in a city hall with users that started their profesional life without computers, this makes so dificult the telephonic helpdesk.

And we were searching for a remote desktop solution, after use VNC in the first time, we move to ISL Ligth, in the first place for obey the law, and in the second for the users outside our LAN that can't use VNC

ISL is easy to use for the users, they only open a ISL light (Client) and put the temporal password to open the session that IT dep sended before to them. And the rest is controled for the IT agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the administrator profile in the remote desktop, you need to activate during the session to do some extra things like Reset, Close sessions or install software. Is extrange that you need to activate the admin profile, when you are already loged in ISL Ligth as an admin.

You can compare with Teamvier, but the ISL non-presence service is better.

What do you like best?

ISLOnline has all the features of it's competitors. The devlopers are continusly working on improvements and software updates. It supports remote connections to different platforms and devices and has a very useful chat platform through which you can comunicate. Technical support is really responsive and verry eager to help when and if having problems with using the software. You get also the trial period in which you can test the software if it suits your needs. And for sure it will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

You only get one concurrent session with each licence. The additional option exists to allow multi-sesions, however it costs a little more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Test the app with free trial and decide based on the experience. I beleive you will like it.

I would higly recomend buying ISL Light to other customers who are in need for the remote desktop or remote support or remote work application. The use of the app is really straightforward and the support they provide is very fast, professional and always available. Even though the application is a little bit more expensive than the competitors, it still pays off to buy a licence.

Besides that, with buying the licence you support European/Slovenian application developer and with that you support local economy. Which is at this time very important at least for me as a resident of a small country in supporting the local business instead of big corporations.

What do you like best?

Easy to use for us and our clients. It is also free for our clients, which makes it a simple thing for them to start using. It's very responsive and filesharing works great; through browsing it lands on the desktop of the receiving PC. Customer service is also excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
