It's super easy to get around and it's fast. It's a piece of cake to use and it is a wonderful deal for what you pay. Very user-friendly and the customer support is really great. **What do you dislike about wJewel?** Sometimes it acts up and occasionally it needs an update but like I mentioned, the developer and their team are always there to sort out any issues that pop up. Other than that its top-notch, **What problems is wJewel solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is doing a lot. It really helps out with keeping track of stuff, taking pictures, and putting labels on things. Our Inventory keeps getting bigger, these three things come in super handy. ### 2. That makes data transferring as well as reports being updated so much easier. It makes the days so satisfying and simple. **What do you dislike about wJewel?** I dont like the image of the system. It seems so old and outdated. I think the company can invest and make it look a little more new and up-to-date. I think that would be impressive. **What problems is wJewel solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving a lot. It's beneficial with inventory, imaging, and tagging. With inventory growing, those 3 things are helpful in so many ways. You can even add optional features. ### 4. Throughout the years, we've needed to update the computer software that he's built for us to perform even more automated tasks. The best thing about working with Javid is that you can explain exactly what you need as a business person, then he'll totally get what needs to be done on his end as a software engineer to deliver it. He obviously has a very good understanding of the jewelry industry, which helps a lot, because once you ask for it- he gets it. If anything goes wrong with the program, his company is very attentive to fix it. Just last week, we had an issue with a program that we needed fixed, and he personally took care of it himself- which was much appreciated. His program has really helped us save countless of hours on work that is now automated, which has inturn allowed us to pay more attention to creating value for our partner-retailers. **What do you dislike about wJewel?** I can't pinpoint a downside specifically to the Ishal Inc software, because just like any computer software, it can suddenly glitch. But what's important to me is how they handle it- and as soon as you call them they're ON it to solve it right then and there. So there's never really been an issue all these years, and that's something we've been pretty happy with. **What problems is wJewel solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped us automate ton's of different aspects of our business, such as accounting, inventory management, and a lot more! ### 5. We had some issues with the system compatibility of the software which needed quite a bit of effort but was solved, eventually.
