iServeMe is a cloud-based restaurant management and ordering platform for cafés, restaurants, bars and hospitality businesses. Teams can manage tables, take waiter orders from compatible phones or tablets, and send items to the configured kitchen or bar station through kitchen display systems (KDS) or printing workflows. Customers can browse the menu and place orders through QR self-ordering where this service is enabled. The platform brings together order and bill management, reservations, inventory and operational reports. Payment options depend on the store's activated provider and compatible equipment. Implemented provider services include Viva POS and NEXI WebECR for in-store card payments, Viva and EveryPay for supported online checkout workflows, and Bratnet for electronic invoicing. Availability is confirmed for the exact merchant account, device and workflow before activation. iServeMe requires reliable internet access. A store-specific demonstration and written quotation clarify the software subscription, equipment, setup and provider requirements.
