So far, I haven't seen anything that I dislike or find complicated about the tool. At most, perhaps the issue of certain features being restricted with the free license. I’ve tried several tools in the last 3-4 years and although I’ve found really good options, none of them was as easy to use as isEazy. My main pro is the creative freedom it gives the trainer, you can customize every element of the course while getting beautiful inspiration from the pre-designed templates. You don’t have to go outside the tool to look for graphic material, and even if you want to create very, very interactive training, you can do it. you have your working area, your column with personalization options and so on, you don’t ever get lost in the process. Not really much bad to say about the performance. Maybe adding more animated elements would be great, since visual results are such a big thing for the audience, at least in my case. Overall, the main advantage for our team is its interface, which makes our work easier because you just have to 'drag and drop' to edit. With its editing column, it's very easy to create courses. You won't get lost at all because all the work areas are well-organized into separate areas. This comes in handy because not only do we, the human resources department, participate in the course creation process, but we are expanding the use of the tool to other departments and many of the employees are new to this.
