it was simple to get started, and the no cost days associated with the beginning period were nice to use to get started with it

there is a lot to learn, as with any CRM, but it was a bit overwhelming.

the organization that i was with at the time, has a very short list of approved crms. Ringy was the easiest one to get started with.

My biggest problem was understanding how the money I spent was translating to minutes texts etc. I was always throwing in $5 or $10 to continue using it

A little expensive to use, especially for a newer agent.

**What do you like best about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

I like being able to do my job within compliance without having to do a whole lot of extra work. With ringy my day to day tasks don't take as long since ringy does a lot of the work!

**What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

I think Ringy demands a lot of bandwidth or demands a lot from my computer I can't tell which but when making calls I get a lot of glitches such as incomplete dials, displaying the wrong name but dialing the correct number, taking a longer amount of time to dial a person. It varies but since I quit using a basic laptop and started using my gaming computer and buying a better wifi chip Ringy seems to work nicely. However for 100+ per month you would hope that it would work better across most computers and internet providers.

COMPLIANCE was such a problem when I first started my sales job. Hard to see if things are getting flagged or just not getting to my lead. Ringy watches all of that for me and even lets me know who was flagged, what message was flagged and even has tips on how to not get flagged. Ringy makes it easy.

**What do you like best about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

Ringy has a very easy-to-use interface that is pleasing to the eye. The texting option is also a fantastic feature, whether you are reaching out to one or hundreds of people.

**What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

Ringy does crash from time to time without reason and can lag on various tasks. Carrier violations also welcome a large headache when trying to reach specific people.

**Recommendations to others considering Ringy (formerly iSales):**

If you are looking for an effective CRM, I would recommend Ringy as a great starting point and potential long-term option.

**What problems is Ringy (formerly iSales) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As of writing this, it would seem that Ringy is working towards finding solutions to the constant carrier violations and TPAC laws that are set in place. It is an issue that handicaps the entire industry, but Ringy appears to be looking for ways around this.

Easy to use , Marketing Automation, Increased CPA, Local Presence dialing. iSalesCRM has made the sales process simple and effective. Brad also is always ready to answer your questions and makes all the difference in the world. The software is full of features and is always adding new and better ones to continue to improve and have an edge on its competitors. It is definitely responsible for my success and I recommend to everyone.

There is nothing I can say that I dislike about iSalesCRM. I recommend this software for all sales agents

**What do you like best about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

iSales is intuitive and very simple to use. The learning curve is very quick. With their training videos and tutorials, I was able to understand the software's abilities very quickly. The more I use it the more I find that it is able to do. Automation of simple tasks is a HUGE time saver. Keeps things running so nothing falls through the cracks. They are very responsive for support and make regular improvements.

**What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

Mobile interface is still clunky. They recently came out with a mobile app but it doesn't have great functionality yet. With how quickly they make updates, it will likely get there pretty quickly, but it's not there yet. Notifications can be a pain (getting texts for each individual lead when a list of 1,000 names is uploaded).

Try it out.

People don't fall through the cracks nearly as much. I'm able to quickly see where everyone is at and what contact points are needed. The ability to customize disposition tags and automated actions allows me to have the CRM working the way I want it to.

The follow up process, and the pipeline feature. I'm able to call more leads with the pipeline feature and connect with more leads. Also adding a vendor to Ringy is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

There really isn't anything that I don't like. The one thing that I would say is sometimes you are in the pipeline and it calls the same 3-4 numbers over and over again without you knowing.

I can make a capaign and reach out to hundreds of people at once and like I said earlier. The follow-up reminders are great and it keeps me on track because in sales it's all about the follow-up.

Being able to create tags and automated actions is definitely the key to success with this. The automated text is obvious but being able to put leaves into categories automatically is where it's at

The only downfall which is with most of these integration companies is the spam factor. However this is not the fault  of the company, this is the phone companies that are relentless

Learn how to use the system. Take the beginners course in the beginning and learn how to use the filters and tags before setting up all of your auto texts. Disposition tags is definitely the key

Once I integrated tags and fixed all of my filters I had 10 times more success with using this system. The automated text are great and the calendar integration is awesome also

By far the most helpful resources are being able to quickly pipeline, categorize and keep track of clients and their stages in my sales pipeline. The drip systems for contacting and following up with leads through text and email saves an immense amount of time.

At times frustrating to lose touch with a lead based on them already being contacted too much by other agents. The regulations for A2P as well become a nuisance.

Follow-ups are sorted and scheduled easily. Contact is seamless in most cases. Quickly processing leads from my lead systems into this CRM is painless and efficient.

I believe the regulations prohibit the amount of creativity however I know that is due to phone companies etc.

The biggest issue is staying in front of customers smartly.  Following up on both sales and appointments.

I love the ease of use of this platform, hence the title of my review.

There is a small delay of syncing leads that come in from my various vendors.

It allows me to stay organized with my leads and also helps me follow up with older leads that I wouldn't have the time nor capacity to keep up.

I feel the pricing is a bit high. Most of their competitors are only charging a fraction of the cost.

I've never received a straight-forward answer from the customer service team and they don't know much about A2P campaigns but made users register or pay higher prices.

**What problems is Ringy (formerly iSales) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Follow up messages to leads and clients are automated so the system works for you if set up properly. Ability to reach more prospects faster.

> We’re sorry that you have received unsatisfactory answers regarding A2P 10DLC registration. A2P has been a learning experience for our support team because of how new it was and how fast it was required. We have been able to assist with and ensure registration for anyone having trouble registering on their own for a while now. The higher prices you’re referring to reflect the increased cost to us to send messages from numbers not registered, as well as T-Mobiles $50 campaign registration fee, which we have no control over (though we do find it fishy that T-Mobile is the only one charging it!). If you are still having trouble registering, please reach out to our support team - we can certainly get you registered now.

The drip campaign within the system. I also like the different dispositions.

That I have to create a new lead if I want to text the same person with a different number.

The one listed above. For the most part support is really good. I asked to allow us to do custom fields and they fixed it.

> We can agree that supporting multiple recipient numbers for one lead is something that can be improved upon. If you are referring to using a different number to send from when messaging or calling a lead, this is already an option using only one lead entry. If you are referring to different numbers of the lead’s, they can be noted using custom fields for now.

My favorite feature is the Sales Pipeline and Campaign features. Both allow you to ensure no follow-up is ever missed.

Not many downsides as long as you stay organized with your tags and notes from the beginning.

I'm solving tons of problems with my iSalesCRM - for example scheduling future calls and text messages quickly and efficiently.

The text/email drip feature is the best feature. you can set up weeks of drips to go out to prospective buyers. This level of follow up helps you stand out in a big way. Linking your calendly to a text drip to help get appointments is also a wonderful tool.

**What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

My strongest dislike is the mobile app. I understand that it's brand new, but it's ability to do anything you need is extremely limited. You cannot click on a lead and see their info, you cannot use the search tool to find leads in your lead database, you cannot disposition a lead from the app either. I would say it's useful for reading incoming texts and that's about it.

**What problems is Ringy (formerly iSales) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The follow up game is as close to solved as it can be with iSalesCRM. Text and email drips, scheduling follow ups from within the CRM that auto links to your google calendar. invaluable.  I'm not sure how to solve the problems the app has. Hopefully by mentioning it here in the review the designers can take the feedback and make the necessary changes to make the mobile app useful.

I absolutely LOVE how iSales can be set up to respond to a lead immediately with a text, email, or both that goes out to a new prospective lead as soon as it enters your system.  For me, it's literally like having another personal assistant.

**What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

I have been so impressed with the feasibility, and workablity of iSales, that there isn't anything I dislike. If I was to pick one thing i dislike, is that it doesn't "yet" make calls for me! LOL  Maybe with AI on the horizon, it will one day.

**What problems is Ringy (formerly iSales) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest problem iSales has helped me solve, and Benefit I've realized, is connecting immediately with a new lead by how the automated Text, and Emails that go out.  Because new prospects have received immediate attention from me, is how I've come to make more sales.  Biggest business problem iSales has solved for me is staying in front of the serious shoppers.

I like that all my calls are routed to my cell when I am away from my computer and that I can set up automated texts and emails to help with the admin side of my job. It helps me keep take of my appointments and call backs with clients.

**What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?**

One downside is that you have to add funds to the account to pay for the phone numbers instead of them charging your card directly like they do for the subscription. It would be nice if there was a subscription that included 30 phone numbers to streamline the different charges each month.

The system gives you organization, freedom and peace of mind that you can still go about your day away from the computer and your clients are not being ignored by you.

I love using iSales because the second I buy a lead from a different platform it gets sent into iSales and they send them a text and email. Makes it super easy when I step away from my computer and buy a lead because I know "I"(iSales) just sent them a text. They also just made a new app which makes it 1,000 times better!

It's hard to say something I would dislike because I didn't like not being to call from my phone, but now with the new app, you can! I wish if they called, instead of showing iSales number, it could show who is calling so I'm not guessing.

The ability to have drips and the fact that it accepts CSV files. This is the only drip program I've used so far. I'm not sure if there are other programs that will do the same things for much less money.

The limit of total drips it will send, the limit of days in which it will even allow you to have a lead on drips, the cost for numbers, SMS, emails, and phone calls. And a $100 a month fee. It's absurdly high.

I'm not sure what else to recommend, I personally will be doing price shopping and see if I can't find something with better features, or something that's cheaper.

The customization.... Being able to setup the pipelines and the texting drips. For my account and the accounts for my agents, we have the flexibility to copy what we have but still make the appropriate adjustments to have it individually tailored.

So many bells and whistles... it can be daunting for someone newer and not as tech savy. There are so many things that you can do and or change in the system. You definitely want to spend sometime and understand how you want to use it, so you're not wasting extra time to set it up.
