FillMyClass is substitute management software for K-12 schools that streamlines the process of finding coverage for teacher absences. Teachers can post coverage requests in under 30 seconds, which are sent to qualified substitutes via real-time push alerts, email, or text. The mobile-first platform, available on iOS and Android, allows substitutes to accept jobs instantly. A key feature is the preferred substitutes functionality, enabling teachers to prioritize who fills their absence. The live administrative dashboard provides visibility into absences, filled positions, and open assignments. Substitutes can set availability, ensuring requests only reach those able to work. Multi-school organizations benefit from role-based access controls. Onboarding is simple with join codes or email invitations and sign-in options like Google or Apple.
