I like a lot the integration with SAP APO with the different kinds of products we have it is very complete. **What do you dislike about IS Packaging?** The thing I dislike more is when we do not have a field in the "Index database", in this situation is very difficult to obtain some information, and technically it is difficul to find it. **What problems is IS Packaging solving and how is that benefiting you?** They work a lot to improve their product, I remember the beginning with VCPP11 version was very slow and it had some mistakes. Now in VCPP14 is working very well, and when we need some new functionality or RFC they help us to implement. ### 2. It also provides a good user experience even between packaging experiences users. **What do you dislike about IS Packaging?** Using IS Packaging software means you will have dependencies in all the system solution, as it is part of the core. At the end the solution around implies also high volume of development. **What problems is IS Packaging solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a powerfull framework which allows to adapt the product configuration and integrate it along the ERP solution.
