"User friendly and effective"
5/5
What do you like best about Iru?

It’s simple and easy to use, and it’s also superbly effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

The Admin portal isn’t mobile-responsive, which makes it difficult to “admin on the go.” I also can’t create more granular, role-based access roles for admins, which limits how precisely I can manage permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Device Management with Iru"
5/5
What do you like best about Iru?

I love the ease of use and the relevant updates made to the interface of Iru. It really helps that all the machines are right there with critical details available to view easily, which makes management much easier so I don't have to hunt around for information. The initial setup was very, very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

I think they could add more applications to the custom apps, like GoToResolve's latest app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Iru?

The integration with our payroll ERP and the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

The enrollment screen can be difficult to understand at times whether a device have been enrolled or is still "pending", this could be an issue with our last MDM, Meraki though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best MDM on the market for Apple"
5/5
What do you like best about Iru?

They continue to add in new features over time. The customer support is amazing. The few times I have needed to reach someone the response time is minutes, not hours to get assistance and most times they can help me resolve it at that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

No improvements needed at this time. They continue to push the envelope for Mac admins and to increase our visibility into our devices and help us manage everything as a much better rate of speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kandji/IRU Makes MDM Setup and Compliance Readiness Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Iru?

I've used a few different top name MDM's and EndPotection platforms and for ease of set up and use, Kandji / IRU is my favorite. It allows me to be in one portal to review devices, vulnerabilities and build yy inspection readiness documents for certain exams like ISO and SOC2 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

"Strong Security Features, but User Experience Needs Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Iru?

The features are sufficient to provide the necessary security controls without custom scripts. For admins it's plug and play, set and forget Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iru?

Sometimes the UX for end users is lacking (it doesn't show errors if a user tries to enter the wrong password) or tries to overwhelm them with notifications; as a result, users start to ignore them. After that, macOS updates are enforced, and it isn't clear to users why their device was rebooted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
