Since implementing Ironscales, phishing emails that reach our Inboxes have decreased significantly. When a questionable email reaches a user's mailbox, the user is able to easily report the message to Ironscales through a button in Outlook. Makes it so easy for both the user and IT support to manage threats. I love that there is an App on my mobile phone. The technology is incredible as it ties in with Exchange Online and Outlook and allows for not only user based submissions, but submissions of potential phishing emails that are spotted by other customers. We have also forged a great relationship with the vendor so we could bring ideas and product improvements to light as a Managed Security Service Provider and they hear us and actually implement some of the good recommendations. How simple it is to use and get our end users to adapt and use. We use Outlook mobile and the Outlook web plugin and so they are able to submit for rapid evaluation emails they question, no long wait on IT for tickets or risks missing important emails due to delays and holds. The IronSchools still needs to grow and build out. As more of a community builds around the product we look forward to being able to share what works and does not work. IronScales provides great visibility of your email environment. Suspicious emails are detected via various sources (including the IronScales community), and the ones that still get through can be easily reported by your users with the Report Phishing button (Outlook). Identified threats are immediately quarantined from every mailbox in your organization. You can customize the tool to fit your business's needs. The phish testing module makes it easy to organize and schedule tests in your environment and provide immediate feedback/training to your users. I honestly can't really say there's anything I dislike. This is the most comprehensive tool that I've seen that meets all of our needs. Ironscales does a very effective and thorough job of preventing phishing attacks and does a well thought through job of simulating phishing attacks and reporting on and educating users.
