Fast implementation, excellent support 24/7 with answers in minutes. Setup was a breeze in our Exchange environment, the newly added Investigation functionality saves our teams hours per day compared to our previous solution, Most important, Ironscales listens to user input and enhances the product very regulary with new releases. The amount of blocked spam and phising emails using the Themis (AI) automatic classification is impressive with a very low number needing manual check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The training modules lack a bit of overview, especially by not allowing multiple trainings grouped. This is however just a minor inconvenience which doesn't limit the solution at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing it needs to do is integrate with PSA tools for MSPs. The alerts are not friendly for the team to receive as they have to be manually tied to each business when they come in so a ticket can be worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very easy to set up. It was configured in about 1 hour. It is easy to navigate and use. I am able to see multiple domains in a single pane. They have been making many advancements on categorizing threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is flaky. It was alerting me on incidents I needed to look at, then it didn't. It then was fixed and is now broken again. The training still has a ways to mature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IRONSCALES has a fantastic AI and uses that plus the community aspect to quickly identify email security threats (phishing, BEC attacks, Account takeovers, and more).
With the reporting button and other tools, the system is easy to use for regular folks as well as security pros.

IronScales does pretty much what is states, prevents Phishing emails. It is by far better than any other product that I have worked with. Other known well established vendors which I can not mention can detects and quarantine approx. 25% in comparison to IronScales 99%. This product really works and it saves countless amount of hours which would other ways need to be supplemented by other expensive tools that require a lot of tuning and human resource attention, or firefighting by engaging large teams of analysts - which in the end can prove challenging and waste of resource. This product has also great automation and improved reporting. The phishing campaigns are good and provide training to users who get lured. In short, there is not much this product can not do when it comes to phishing. It has great Threat Intel mechanism behind it, and it is super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product has undergone lots of improvements and developments in the recent years, but the team that is behind these evolving improvements is superb. It provides you with 100% attention and whenever there is something requiring attention, it gets sorted in short lifecycle improvement.
