Sometimes the clustering of incidents wraps legitimate email into one, however that is more a reflection of the types of attacks and mostly impacts encrypted email platforms and services like Paypal, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign. There's a lack of customisability around notifications or integrations into industry standard issue management systems. I believe this will be resolved over time, but for now you can hack that together. I would sincerely like granular control over notification emails though as this would help reduce needless noise.
