I really like how Iron Clad makes it easy to organize all of my contracts. Anytime that I need to renew a contract there is a workflow I can choose so that I follow very detailed steps to get the right teams engaged to review my contracts and when edits are made each version is saved. Once I am ready to sign my contracts I can easily tag the document and send it to my team and the counterparty for signature. If I even need to pull up an old contract I can easily find it via the search feaure. I like how you can also see what stage of the approval process each contract is in. I love the customizability of the workflows, having a point of contact at Ironclad to assist with questions, concerns, and ideas, ironclad being able to integrate with many of our programs we already use, and how easy it is for our field to get the hang of it. If it weren't for IC, we would not be able to follow up on items required after contracting with the accuracy that we can now. It is easy and transparent for all users, and is a must have if your business deals with contracting and multiple parties. There is not a day that goes by that it is not used by our group.
