Ironclad Scope is a SaaS product that answers the text messages and missed calls a home service contractor receives, reads the photos customers send and prices each job from the contractor's own price book with fixed arithmetic, so the AI never sets a price. Every quote goes to the business owner to confirm before it is final, and emergencies such as a gas smell, carbon monoxide, flooding or sewage go straight to the contractor's on-call phone instead of a quote. The product serves plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and other trade contractors. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, and on its Pro plan to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber. Plans are priced by overall volume.
