"Streamlined Document Management, but Needs Faster Processing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM)?

I really like how Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM) significantly reduces our storage costs while also organizing documents into clear and sensible categories. This system allows me to easily access the right contracts, reports, or records without having to sift through disorganized files, which is crucial for my work in analyzing store performance and supplier arrangements. For someone who deals with a continuous stream of operational documents, the way it brings order and keeps the storage footprint lean is a big win. When I'm compiling records for a supplier review or store-level analysis, having everything organized in one place instead of scattered across the business saves me a lot of time and effort. The initial setup was also quite easy, without any significant issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM)?

My main reservation is the time it takes to process and pull documents together. When I am mid-analysis and need several records in front of me at once, the wait to synthesize them can break my stride. It gets there in the end, but a quicker turnaround would sit far better with the pace at which I usually need to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized Content Management, Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM)?

I find Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM) incredibly useful for my daily work, as it helps me search, store, and manage content in an organized and secure way. This is especially important in an environment where information is shared across multiple teams and every minute counts. I like how it solves the problem of disorganization, improving visibility and facilitating information management. The document management is a highlight for me because it makes everything clear and easy to protect. Having everything in one place means I don't have to rely on email, shared folders, or slow manual processes. It's beneficial in storing documents and bringing more order to internal processes, which I find excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM)?

I can say that it could be a little easier to use for those without technical experience, because sometimes this platform is good and has a lot to offer, but the learning curve is steep. In other words, it would be great if some of its settings were simpler, especially for teams that need to adapt the tool quickly without so many problems. The experience seemed quite structured to me, but it wasn't as simple as just install and go, it required time and coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Document Management with Smooth Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM)?

I like that Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM) centralizes all of our study documentation into one indexed, searchable platform. It makes searching and retrieving files genuinely easy and eliminates the need for combing through separate systems and paper files, which saves a lot of time and effort. Producing the right record when needed is now a quick affair, making our documentation audit-ready. The initial setup went smoothly with little fuss, which is a big plus for a tool of this scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM)?

My one reservation touches the technical side. Getting the most out of certain features calls for a level of technical know-how that is not always at my fingertips, and on occasion I lean on a colleague better versed in the platform's inner workings to sort things out. The main area for improvement is user-friendliness on the technical side, since getting the most from certain features currently assumes a level of technical know-how that not every user has, so more intuitive interfaces, clearer in-platform guidance, or built-in tutorials would let non-technical staff handle those tasks without leaning on a more experienced colleague. In my opinion, it can be a bit difficult to manage the technical knowledge and sometimes you may need to refer to a colleague who has more technical knowledge on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
