It makes searching and retrieving files genuinely easy and eliminates the need for combing through separate systems and paper files, which saves a lot of time and effort. Producing the right record when needed is now a quick affair, making our documentation audit-ready. The initial setup went smoothly with little fuss, which is a big plus for a tool of this scope. **What do you dislike about Iron Mountain InSight Content Management (CM)?** My one reservation touches the technical side. Getting the most out of certain features calls for a level of technical know-how that is not always at my fingertips, and on occasion I lean on a colleague better versed in the platform's inner workings to sort things out.
